Base Class: Monk
For Kiernan!
Level 3: Heavyweight
Starting at 3rd level when you choose this subclass, you have bulked up and gone through punishing training to become stronger than your peers. You can use Strength instead of Dexterity for your Unarmored Defense, and when rolling damage for your Martial Arts skills.
Level 3: Bob and Weave
Also at 3rd level, your agility training has been paying off. When you take the Dodge action - or Dodge as a part of your Patient Defense feature - you can increase your Armor Class by an amount equal to a roll of your Martial Arts die until the end of your turn. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per Long Rest.
Street Fighter
Additionally at 3rd level, your might can injure those you grab or push around. When you succeed on a Grapple or Shove attack, you can roll one of your Martial Arts die and deal that much damage to the creature you Grappled or Shoved.
Level 6: Cross Counter
Starting at 6th level, you've gained more finesse and posturing in your fighting. When an opponent misses a melee attack against you or an ally within 5ft, you can spend 1 Ki point to use your reaction to immediately make an Attack, Grapple, or Shove against them.
Level 6: Cauliflower Ears and Swollen Eyes
Additionally at 6th level, the damage to your body over time as you've fought has come to be in your benefit. You have advantage against spells and effects with verbal components, and advantage against spells and effects that cause the Blind status effect.
Level 6: Shrimp
Also at 6th level, your training in the world of street fighting has given you insight into how to avoid the attacks you've practiced. You have advantage against Grapple and Shove attacks.
Level 6: Tough Guy
Also at 6th level, you have become one tough cookie. You have Expertise in Athletics and Intimidation checks.
Level 11: Uppercut
Land the big finisher! At 11th level when you land an attack, you can use your Bonus Action to spend 1-3 Ki Points, rolling that many Martial Arts die to add to the damage roll.
Level 11: Submission
You've found out how to exploit your enemies vulnerabilities when they're exposed. At 11th level, when you attack an opponent you've grappled, you land a critical hit on a roll of 17-20 on a d20. This effect does not count when making your Street Fighter Grapple attack.
Level 17: Brawler Legend
Your form has peaked. You are one of the greatest fighters this world has ever seen. At 17th level, you can make 4 attacks when you make the Attack Action instead of 2. Additionally, you can make Grapple and Shove attacks without expending an Attack Action, however these Grapples and Shoves do not gain the benefit of your Street Fighter ability.
