Earthshapers warp the very ground beneath their feet, mastering the art of earthen combat to enhance their strength. They can burrow through soil and rock with ease, causing the ground to tremble while disrupting their foes, or launch surprise attacks from below for massive chaos.

Burrow

3rd-level Earthshaper feature

You've learned how to dwell under the earth. You gain a Burrow Speed equal to your Speed. You can use your Burrow Speed to move through sand, earth, mud, or ice.

When you reach level 7, you can burrow through solid stone and rock. The terrain shapes itself to your presence, assuming its original form after you've moved along.

If a feature you gain at a later level requires a saving throw, the DC equals 8 plus your Dexterity modifier plus your Proficiency Bonus.

Earth Strike

3rd-level Earthshaper feature

You've learned how to use the earth to attack your enemies from below. While you are burrowing, you can use a Bonus Action to shoot upward through the earth, coming 5 feet above the ground upon doing so. All creatures within a 15-foot radius Sphere around you must make a Dexterity saving throw or take 2d8 Force damage, or half as much damage on a successful save.

The Force damage increases to 4d8 at level 7, to 6d8 at level 10, to 8d8 at level 15, and to 10d8 at level 18. The radius of this feature increases to a 20-foot Sphere at level 10, and again to a 25-foot Sphere at level 20.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus, regaining spent uses after a Long Rest.

Mobile Mole

7th-level Earthshaper feature

Your mobility while underground enhances greatly. Whenever you are using your Burrow Speed, you can Dash or Disengage as a Bonus Action.

Also, you gain Tremorsense out to a range of 60 feet.

Rocky Terrain

10th-level Earthshaper feature

You begin to tip the ground your enemies traverse. After using your Earth Strike feature, you can make the ground within the radius Difficult Terrain until the end of your next turn. You and creatures of your choice within 10 feet of you are not affected by this Difficult Terrain.

Enhanced Earth Strike

15th-level Earthshaper feature

Your Earth Strike's power enhances greatly. You can choose to expend a use of your Second Wind or another use of your Earth Strike (no action required) to enhance the effect of your Earth Strike: any creature that fails the saving throw is knocked Prone, and the Difficult Terrain from the Earth Strike instead lasts for 1 minute, requiring your Concentration for the duration.

Terra-ble Surge

18th-level Earthshaper feature

You've mastered the ways of earth dwelling and traveling through the harshest of terrain; you are no longer negatively affected by Difficult Terrain, and you gain the benefits below while within Difficult Terrain.

Excavator. You have advantage on all ability checks, and on saving throws against effects that you can see.

Riveted. You cannot be forcibly moved, and you are immune to the Restrained and Grappled conditions.

Hazard. Your Tremorsense range increases to 300 feet and you can sense through solid surfaces and liquids that are connected with each other.
