Base Class: Fighter
The path of the sword has been passed down from waifu to waifu, and now, in a fevered dream, you too have learned the path of the sword.
Granted, you learned it by watching only those who are far superior to anyone who would consider training you. Tales of heroes be damned, you want to do the awesome moves you saw the true champions of legend do!
So now, the question is, are you skilled enough to pull off the powerful moves of legends? Or are you going to fail your way into success?
Level 3: You're Already Dead
Any time you move through the threatened range of an enemies melee attack and exit it: you may make an attack against that enemy. If you hit, the enemy is vulnerable to the damage you deal with that attack. If you miss, and the enemy hits you with an attack of opportunity, you are vulnerable to the damage they deal.
This feature does not give you more attacks than you naturally would have.
Level 3: Slash and Dash
Immediately after you kill a creature, you can move up to your Speed without provoking Opportunity Attacks.
In addition, you have advantage on saving throws against Fear.
Level 7: Additional Fighting Style
You gain another Fighting Style feat of your choice.
Level 10: Behind You.
When you would end your movement behind an enemy's line of sight: Make a Stealth Check vs. the creature's Perception. On a success, the creature loses sight of you, and your next attack against the creature (unless you re-enter the creature's line of sight) will automatically crit.
In the event your fail your stealth check: until the start of your next turn, all attacks against you have advantage.
Level 15: Omae Wa Mou Shindeiru
Any time you move through the threatened range of an enemies melee attack and exit it: you may make an attack against that enemy. If you hit, the enemy is vulnerable to the damage you deal with that attack. If you miss, and the enemy hits you with an attack of opportunity, you are vulnerable to the damage they deal. This feature does not give attacks more than you naturally have.
When you successfully pull this maneuver, you now will automatically crit against the creature; conversely, if you miss, the enemy will automatically crit against you.
Level 18: Flashy Attacks
Your mind for combat has finally gotten an edge, and these attack options are your proof. Whenever you make a melee weapon attack, you may replace one weapon attack with one of these options:
One Thousand Slashes: Make a contested Dexterity check against a creature instead of an attack roll. If the creature succeeds the roll, they take half damage.
Dual Blades: While dual wielding weapons; if you succeed an attack roll, roll damage with both weapons.
Crippling strike: Instead of dealing damage, you may force a creature to make a Con. Saving throw (DC 8 + Prof. + Dex. Modifier). If the creature fails, they are incapacitated until the start of your next turn.
One Slash: When you first take the attack action, you may give up your multi attack feature for this turn and gain the following benefits: You make a single attack that will critically hit on a 16 or higher on the die. When you hit this way, you may add 4D8 force damage to this attack.
