Base Class: Monk
There are no masters who teach the Way of the Falling Sands, only competent students. Few ever really grasp the concepts and some believe that it requires an innate abillity that a select few posess. In the end those who dedicate themselves to this path become unparralled warriors that can bend the fabric of time to their will.
Premonition
Starting at 3rd level, you gain the abillity to glimpse into the future of a target enemy whithin 10ft as a bonus action by spending 1 ki point. That enemy makes a wisdom saving throw of 8 + your wisdom modifier + your proficiency bonus and if they fail they are forced to make an attack action or cast a spell that would deal damage and/or have negative effects on a creature, this action is immediately reversed and come that enemy's turn they must make that action if able. At 6th level the range is doubled and at 11th level it effects all enemies within range.
Supernatural Reflexes
At 6th level, you are able to use your control over the flow of time to take two turns each round. You roll for initiative twice at the start of combat with a -10 penalty on the second roll, you may take a turn at each value. Once this abillity is used it cannot be used again until the next short or long rest.
Awareness
Beginning at 11th level, whenever you use Premonition you double your dexterity bonus to AC and attack rolls against the targets.
Temporal Warrior
At 17th level, you choose an abillity that represents a level of mastery of time that even the most skilled Monks fail to achieve.
Temporal Acceleration
Each turn you may take an additional movement action. When making an attack against targets of your Premonition treat a roll of 9 or lower as 10.
Time Stop
As a reaction you can cast Time Stop replacing your Monk level and wisdom score for spellcasting level and abillity respectively. Once you use this abillity you cannot use it again until you finish a long rest.
Unobtainable Future
One target of Premonition who fails their wisdom save is unable to take a turn for the rest of combat. Once used this cannot be used again until the effect has ended for the previous creature. This effect can be ended instantly at any point in time otherwise it prevails after the Monk's death and even the death of the creature targeted by the effect.
