Altruistic Connection

You are able to connect the emotions of others to yourself and share it with others. When a creature you have inspired uses your Bardic Inspiration die, you can use your reaction to allow a different creature to add the number they rolled to any d20 roll within 1 round of the initial use (goes away at the end of that allies next turn). You can use this skill a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus per Short/Long Rest.

Bardic Bond

Your contribution to your allies, whether beneficial or not, has a direct impact on you. If an ally uses your Bardic Inspiration to succeed, you gain Advantage on your next d20 roll. If an ally fails, you receive Disadvantage on your next d20 roll. 

Share the Burden

As an empath, you feel what others experience. When a creature you see within 60 ft takes damage, you can use a Bardic Inspiration as your reaction to split the damage 50/50. When you do this, you roll your Bardic Inspiration die and subtract it from your next d20 roll.

Calming Comfort

Easing tension and emotion is second nature. You can cast Calm Emotions without expending a spell slot a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier times 3 per Long Rest.

Healing Words

You have mastered the art of micro-counsel. You only need a word or two to heal. As a Bonus Action, you can cast Healing Word up to 3rd level even if you have already cast a leveled spell, as long as you have the appropriate spell slot available. 

Improved Altruistic Connection

Your innate understanding of others empowers you as well. Altruistic Connection can now be used on yourself or the same creature and can be used up to a number of rounds equal to your Prof Bonus (rather than 1 round) after initial use of Bardic Inspiration.

Empathic Understanding

You are able to read body language and facial ticks to comprehend the essence of what others are saying even if they speak in a different language. You can understand any humanoid creature speaking in any language, as long as you can clearly see their face and body. You also gain Advantage to any Insight Checks made under the same conditions.
