Base Class: Fighter
Let. Chaos. RING. You are imbued with the ability to alter the fundamental aspect of reality and you chose to hit people with it lol. Some call you a warrior, others would call you a chaotic lil goblinoid that needs to chill tf out with your freaky ability to turn into a lightbulb (not literally but close enough). But watch out, when you tamper with reality itself, you should expect some kind of consequence that comes with it. What does that mean for your long term health? I dunno! But let’s be real, you know why you’re here and it is to spontaneously do some crazy ass weird shit. So with your heart's content, leave it to the odds to determine what part of nature you end distorting. This is the Havoc Knight, so let chaos ring!
Chaos Power
3rd-level Havoc Knight feature
You use chaotic power that alters reality in the fray of combat. You gain Chaos dice, which manifests as d10’s. You have a number of Chaos dice equal to your Constitution modifier. You regain all expended dice when you finish a Short or Long Rest. As a Bonus Action, you can expend a Chaos die, roll it, and determine the result on the Chaos Table below. Then choose one of the two options:
Benefit. You gain the benefits of the result for 1 minute, ending early if you become Unconscious or gain another benefit.
Curse. You curse a creature of your choice within 60 feet of you to make a Charisma saving throw. On a fail, it suffers the curse result for 1 minute. It can repeat its saving throw at the end of each of its turns. On a success, your Chaos Die isn’t expended. Your save DC equals 8 + your Constitution modifier + Proficiency Bonus.

| 4 (Thermal) |
Creatures of your choice within 15 ft of a target you hit take Fire or Cold damage (your choice) equal to a roll of your Chaos die.

If the creature takes Fire or Cold damage, it takes extra damage of the same type equal to a roll of your Chaos die. |
| 5 (Force) |
Once per turn when you hit a target, it is pushed a number of feet equal to a roll your Chaos die × 5.

The creature is knocked Prone whenever it makes an attack roll or casts a spell. |
| 6 (Light) |
You choose to emit 10 ft of Bright Light or magical darkness. Creatures of your choice within the area are Blinded.

The creature cannot see further than 10 ft of itself. |
| 7 (Matter) |
You gain Resistance to three damage types. Creatures of your choice within 10 ft of you share this benefit.

The creature must subtract your Con. modifier to its AC. |
| 8 (Density) |
You gain a bonus to your AC equal to your Con. modifier and cannot be pushed against your will.

The creature loses a number of feet of movement on each of its turns equal to a roll of your Chaos die × 5. |
| 9 (Vitality) |
Any creature of your choice within 15 feet of you regains Hit Points equal to your Chaos die + your Con. modifier at the start of its turns.

The creature takes a number of your Chaos dice of Necrotic damage equal to your Con. modifier and can’t regain Hit Points. |
| 10 (Psyche) |
You have Advantage on Dex. saving throws and creatures have Disadvantage on attack rolls against you.

The creature has Disadvantage on Int, Wis, and Cha checks and saving throws. |
| 11 (Soul) |
You can’t be reduced to 0 Hit Points as a result of taking damage or a spell. You remain at 1 Hit Point until you’re hit with a Critical Hit.

You gain Heroic Inspiration and may select any result of your choice.

Distortive Burst
7th-level Havoc Knight feature
You can juice up your attacks with chaotic energy. When you hit a creature with a weapon or Unarmed Strike, you can deal extra damage equal to your Chaos die to the target, which can take this extra damage only once per turn. In addition, you can change the type of damage(s) dealt from an attack to any damage type of your choice.
Improved Disruption
10th-level Havoc Knight feature
You have reached the final evolution of your control over reality.
Better Chaos. Your Chaos dice increases in size, becoming a d12 and the duration of each Chaos Table result increases up to 10 minutes.
Distorted Potency. Creatures that take the additional damage from your Distortive Burst have Disadvantage on their Charisma saving throw to avoid the Curse option from Chaos Power.
Relentless Mayhem
15th-level Havoc Knight feature
The fierceness of your bending of material is exuded even more so in your fighting prowess.
Enforce. When you use Distortive Burst, you can add your half Fighter level (round down) to the total damage of that attack.
Combine. You now can use both the Benefit and Curse options when you roll on the Chaos table.
Calamity Incarnate
18th-level Havoc Knight feature
You enter a state where your very existence supersedes the fabric of the Material Plane. When you expend a Chaos Die, you can choose to enter your Calamity Form before rolling on the Chaos table. This feature lasts for 10 minutes, regardless of each result’s duration. Once you use this feature, you cannot use it again until you finish a Long Rest. While in this form you gain the following benefits.
Cycle of Chaos. You don’t expend your Chaos dice whenever you roll on the Chaos table.
Maximized Results. You can have up to two Benefit options and target two creatures with a Curse option.
Extradimensional. You gain Immunity to all conditions except Invisible, Grappled, Prone, Restrained and Unconscious.
