Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

You have sought out a lycanthrope and contracted lycanthropy.  As the disease takes over your body you gain increasingly more bestial qualities.

Lycan Transformation

Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, your body undergoes a transformation into the were beast you chose when you gained this feature whenever you rage.  You grow fur, elongated claws, fangs and other features associated with the best (examples: wolf, bear, tiger, badger, etc) as the lycanthropy progresses through your body.  When your rage ends, you return to your normal form and suffer one level of exhaustion.

While transformed, you may make a single melee weapon attack as a bonus action.  Additionally, you deal 1d6 + str/dex mod slashing damage with your claws when you use them and you may make use your actions to make one bite attack which deals 1d8 + str/dex mod in piercing damage each round.  You retain all your ability scores and other attributes while transformed,  but you cannot speak.

You gain advantage on investigation and perception skill checks as well while transformed.

Bloodlust

Starting at 6th level, your bite attack damage increases to 2d6 + str/dex mod in piercing damage and your attacks with your claws or bite are considered magical for the purposes of overcoming resistances.  Additionally, when you make your Bite attack, the creature must make a str save against DC 8 + prof + str mod or be knocked prone and grappled as the taste of blood consumes your mind.

Uncanny Senses

Beginning at 10th level, while transformed, your senses are heightened to uncanny levels.  You can hear your enemies' hearts beat and smell the blood in their veins.  You gain Blindsight up to 30' and have advantage on all saving throws against illusions and on all ability checks to detect illusions.

Dread Howl

Beginning at 14th level, while transformed, you can use your action to let out an unearthly howl or roar.  All creatures of your choosing within 30' must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 8 + prof mod + char mod) or be frightened.  If a creature fails the save by 5 or more, they are also stunned until the next round.  Frightened creatures may repeat their saving throw each round until the fear breaks.  The affect ends if the creature moves more than 60' from you or if line of sight is broken, or if the rage ends. Usable twice/long rest

If the creature succeeds on its saving throw, you can’t use this feature on that creature again for 24 hours.
