Base Class: Monk
Monks of The Way of The Lost Spirit are the greatest spiritual leaders of all monks. They are the most in tune with their ki, manipulating the spiritual energies within their opponents to land devastating strikes.
Soul Tap
When you take this subclass at 3rd level, you learn to disrupt the flow of ki within an opponent's body. When you hit a creature with an unarmed strike, you can spend 1 ki point to force the target to make a constitution saving throw. On a failure, it takes 1d6 force damage and falls unconscious for 1 minute. On a success, it takes 1d6 force damage, but does not fall unconscious. When a creature is rendered unconscious in this way, it is stable.
Spiritual Healing
Your knowledge of spiritual energies allows you to heal others. At 6th level, you gain a pool of hit points equal to twice your monk level, plus you wisdom modifier. As an action you can heal a creature within 5ft a number of hit points equal to or less than half your pool's maximum capacity. Your pool regains any expended hit points at the end of a long rest.
Spirit Counter
When you reach 11th level, you can manipulate your spiritual energies to defend yourself and counter your enemies attacks. When you are hit with an attack, you can use your reaction to spend 4 ki points and gain resistance to the damage from the attack, as well as to make an unarmed strike against the attacker if it is within 5ft of you.
You also gain the ability to disrupt an creature's attachment to the Material Plane. When on the Astral Plane, if you score a critical hit on a creature, you can severe the cord that connects it to its physical body instead of dealing damage.
Soul Punch
At 17th level, you have finally mastered the spirit plane, and are a direct bridge between the spirit and material worlds. You can send other creatures into the spirit plane. As an action, you can touch a creature and spend 6 ki points. This renders their body unconscious, but stable, and they become visible to you as a ghostly spectre that cannot damage you for 1 minute. In this form, the target has no attacks, cannot move more that 10ft away from its body, is invisible to creature's other than you and you don't have to roll to hit it. Apart from these changes, the target retains all of its statistics and equiptment. If the target is reduced to 0 hit points in this form, it returns to its body & stays unconscious but stable. After 1 minute, it returns to its body, which becomes conscious again, and suffers no ill effects.
