Monk
Base Class: Monk

Monks of the Way of the Ronin are Way of the Kensei monks who have forgone the traditional teachings of the kensei in search of the perfect offensive style. Where kensei posses both ranged and melee capabilities, ronin choose to instead focus purely on the perfection of their melee combat. They will use all manner of underhanded tactics in combat, all that matters is that they come out on top. Ronins are known for their lavish tastes and gaudy clothing, and generally use any money they come across to modify their swords or clothing to reflect that. Ronins are most commonly found throughout the world as foreign enforcers in search of work, but may also be disgraced kensei who have forsaken their monasteries in search of power.

Path of the Ronin

Swordsmith. You gain proficiency with smiths tools. You can use your skills to repair broken weapons and even create new ones, given you posses the materials (If DM allows it).

Ronin's Blades. Choose 2 martial weapons that do not possess the heavy or special trait. These are your Ronin weapons, and are required for many of the skills you will learn. These weapons count as monk weapons and you gain proficiency with them if you did not have it already. You can change your Ronin Blades every long rest at a cost of 10 GP. Choose wisely.

Ronin Bravado If you make an unarmed attack as part of you attack action on your turn while wielding a ronin weapon, your enemies are surprised by your devil-may-care attitude, and are wary to attack you. You gain a +2 bonus to AC until the start of your next turn, while the weapon is in your hand and you aren't incapacitated.

Underhanded Tactics. Pick 2 Underhanded Tactics at this level. These tactics cost ki and have varying DCs. Pick an additional underhanded tactic at level 6, 11, and level 17

Charge of the Red Herring

Charge of the Red Herring. With at least 20ft in between you and a chosen enemy spend 1 ki point and charge toward the enemy at blistering speed then changing course at the last second as a bonus action. The enemy must role a wisdom save that beats  8+your proficiency bonus + Dexterity modifier. If the enemy fails all your allies have advantage against that enemy until the end of your next turn because their attention is focused purely on you.

Pocket Sand

Pocket Sand. Spend 1 ki point to turn any successful unarmed strike into a pocket sand throw. The unarmed strike still deals normal damage and the enemy must make a Dexterity saving throw that beats 8+your proficiency bonus + Dexterity modifier. If they fail, they are blinded until they make the save.

Pommel Strikes

Pommel Strikes. This tactic has a Prerequisite. When you posses the feat Dual Wielder and your are dual wielding you can use the pommels of your weapons in place of unarmed strikes. You cannot use Pocket Sand while dual wielding though. All other abilities associated with unarmed strikes function the same.

Slippery Bastard

Slippery Bastard. You spit in the face of danger (literally)! The machismo displayed during Ronin's Bravado works even more in your favor. Any creatures that misses while Ronin's Bravado is active can be counter attacked with advantage.

Testicle Kick.

Testicle Kick. When you hit any creature with a melee attack of any kind, spend 2 ki points to add a testicle kick to that attack. The creature must make a Constitution save that beats 10 + half of your strength score, or fall prone in pain. They remain prone until the end of your next turn. For an additional ki point you can roll your martial arts die to deal damage during this attack as well.

You'll Remember My Blades

Magic Ronin Blades. Your attacks with your Ronin Blades count as magical for the purpose of over-coming resistance and immunity to nonmagical attacks and damage.

Powerful Strikes. When you hit a target with any Ronin Blade, you can spend 1 ki point to cause the weapon to deal extra damage to the target equal to your Martial Arts die. You can use this feature only once on each of your turns. For an additional 2 ki you can use this feature twice(DM discretion).

My Name Is Unimportant

Empowered Blades. At 11th level, you gain the ability to augment your Blades further with your ki. As a bonus action, you can expend up to 2 ki points to grant one or both Ronin Blade(s) you touch a different damage type from the following. Piercing, Bludgeoning, Poison, Acid, Fire, Cold, Necrotic, Lightning, Thunder, Force

My Face Is Unimportant. By constantly moving in a way that your face is never fully seen, you have mastered the art of deception through movement. You can use dexterity for Deception checks instead of Charisma.

Hurricane Slashes

At level 17, your mastery of offensive techniques has led to a complete overhaul of your Flurry of Blows. Now rechristened Hurricane Slashes, you are able to use your swords instead of your fists in your Flurry of Blows, and you have also managed to shoehorn a third attack into it. You are able to use every ability as though you are still using Flurry of Blows except for specific Underhanded Techniques

Eye of the Storm. Through intense meditation, you can now regain ki points mid battle by using an action. Instead of attacking, you can meditate and regain 3 ki points. This action leaves you open to attacks, and enemies get advantage if they try to attack you.
