Base Class: Ranger
The Windrunners are an ancient society of Rangers that have adapted Air elemental traits unto themselves. They are fast, elusive and extremely dangerous. Windrunners often become bounty hunters, assassins or messengers of highly secure information.
Wind Walk
Beginning at 3rd level when you gain this archetype, as a bonus action, you can enter a Wind Walking state. This effect lasts for one minute or until you lose consciousness or dismiss it as a bonus action and gives you the following traits.
Wind Walk
- You gain an additional 5 ft to your base walking speed.
- Whenever you make a weapon attack as a reaction, you may attack twice, instead of once.
- You gain a +2 AC vs ranged attacks.
You may use this feature a number of times equal to your wisdom modifier until you finish a long rest.
The movement speed bonus increases to 10 ft at 7th level, 15 ft at 11th level, 20 ft at 15th level, and 25 ft at 19th level.
Air Barricade
Starting at 7th level, You can cast Wind Wall once without expending a spell slot or material components. You can't do so again until you finish a long rest.
At 14th level, you may use this feature an additional time before a long rest.
Tornado Spin
At 11th level, choose one of the following special attacks below.
Hurricane Strike
While in Wind Walk, You can use your action to make a melee attack against any number of creatures within 5 feet of you, with a separate attack roll for each target. All targets hit must then make a strength saving throw against your spell save DC or be pushed back 5 ft.
Gust Shot
While in Wind Walk, when you make your first ranged weapon attack against a target, you may choose to have that target make a wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC or be pushed 5 ft in a random direction.
Alacrity
At 15th level, you can use your Wind Walk an unlimited number of times.
In addition, whenever you take the attack action on your turn, you may instead attack three times.
