Base Class: Monk
Monks that emulate a dragon are able to eventually channel a dragon's breath weapon into a punch or kick, focus their ki to fly, further focus a dragon's breath weapon by channeling it into the monk's gestures, and in, with sheer force of will, focus their ki into a dragon's aura of terror.
Draconic Style
When you hit a creature with an attack on your turn, but before you roll for damage, you can spend 1 ki point to add extra damage dice equal to double Martial Arts die to that attack, and to any other unarmed melee attack you make that turn. The damage type is determined by the type of dragon you chose to emulate.
Dragon Focus
You choose a type of dragon to emulate and that choice decides the damage type for Draconic Style and Dragon Blast, as well as the shape of the blast for Dragon Blast

Wings of Ki
At 6th level, you gain the ability to fly in short spurts via force of will . A number of times per long rest equal to the monk's wisdom modifier, the monk can, as a bonus action, gain a fly speed equal to their walking speed until the end of their turn. If they do not land at the end of their turn, they lose concentration and fall from whatever height they have attained.
Dragon Blast
Beginning at 11th level, you can focus your ki into your gestures, and then blast it out in a burst of energy. As an action, you can spend 4 ki points and blast everyone in an area determined by your dragon focus. Those affected must make a dexterity or constitution save against your ki save DC or take 6d8+wisdom modifier in damage (6d10+wisdom modifier at level 17). This ability ignores resistance and treats immunity as resistance. The damage type is determined by your dragon focus.
Aura of Fear
At 17th level, while in combat, you give of an aura of fear, causing all enemies in a 30 ft. radius, if they fail a wisdom saving throw equal to your ki save DC, to become frightened of you for one minute and must use its movement to move away from you and out of the radius, even if that movement would result in damage (If it can avoid it however, it will, but not if it is a signifigant detour). On a success they are only frightened for one minute.
