Base Class: Fighter

As part of the Demon Slaying Corp, your put your life on the line to defeat demons. You are dedicated to protecting humanity from Demons. There are a number of Demon Slayers within the organization, but they aren't officially recognized by the government. They are a self-sufficient organization that take the responsibility of destroying demons.

Breath Style

When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you gain the ability to pick a Breath Style. When attacking you may choose a Style to attack with, however, these moves are taxing on the body so some may be used a limited amount of time. Breath Styles may ONLY be used when 'Breathing' is active.

Breath of Flames

A state where Breath Style users inhale the maximum amount of oxygen within a specific breath pattern to raise their physical and mental strength to their utmost limits. It is often used by Demon Slayers to temporarily prepare a decisive attack. The focus of this style is sacrifice for the greater good. The style's element is fire.

Gain up to nine styles of the fighting (which are actions) as you level up. At level three gain First Style: Sea of Fire, Second Style: Ascending Blazing Sky, and Third Style: Blooming Flame Undulation. At tenth level gain Fourth Style: Wave of Blazing Flames, Fifth Style: Flame Tiger, and Sixth Style: Licking Flames. At fifteenth level gain Seventh Style: Magma, Eighth Style: Yomi, and Ninth Style: Purgatory.

Breath of the Beast

A state where Breath Style users inhale the maximum amount of oxygen within a specific breath pattern to raise their physical and mental strength to their utmost limits. It is often used by Demon Slayers to temporarily prepare a decisive attack. The focus of this style is raw-brutal power. The style's element is force. 

Gain up to nine styles of the fighting (which are actions) as you level up. At level three gain First Style: Pierce and Extract, Second Style: Rip and Tear, and Third Style: Mince to Bits. At tenth level gain Fourth Style: Mad Cleave, Fifth Style: Jagged Gnaw, and Sixth Style: Spatial Awareness. At fifteenth level gain Seventh Style: Pig Assault, Eight Style: Circular Fangs, and Ninth Style: Throwing Slices.

Breath of the Insect

A state where Breath Style users inhale the maximum amount of oxygen within a specific breath pattern to raise their physical and mental strength to their utmost limits. It is often used by Demon Slayers to temporarily prepare a decisive attack. The focus of this style is using elegance and fear to dispose of enemies. The style's element is poison.

Gain up to nine styles of the fighting (which are actions) as you level up. At level three gain Dance of the Butterflies: Frolic, Dance of the Bee Sting: Mere Fluttering, and Dance of the Ladybug: Warning Taunt. At tenth level gain Dance of the Dragonfly: Compound Eye Hexagon, Dance of the Spider: Web Trap, and Dance of the Ant Bite: Army March. At fifteenth level gain Dance of the Centipede: Hundred-Legged Zigzag, Dance of the Mosquito: Blood Draw, and Dance of the Scorpion: Toxic Touch.

NOTE: Any time you choose to attack when your weapon's damage is poison you have the opportunity to cause the poison condition against any failed save against your DC

Breath of Thunder

A state where Breath Style users inhale the maximum amount of oxygen within a specific breath pattern to raise their physical and mental strength to their utmost limits. It is often used by Demon Slayers to temporarily prepare a decisive attack. The focus of this style is to accomplish tasks with swift efficiency. The style's element is lightning. 

Gain up to nine styles of the fighting (which are actions) as you level up. At level three gain First Style: Thunderclap and Flash, Second Style: Lightning Ball, and Third Style: Buzzing Mosquito Thunder. At tenth level gain Fourth Style: Distant Thunder, Fifth Style: Scorching Bolt, and Sixth Style: Electric Lightning Shower. At fifteenth level gain Seventh Style: Flaming Thunder God, Eighth Style: God Speed, and Ninth Style: Thunder Crash.

Breath of Water

A state where Breath Style users inhale the maximum amount of oxygen within a specific breath pattern to raise their physical and mental strength to their utmost limits. It is often used by Demon Slayers to temporarily prepare a decisive attack. The focus of this style is to adapt to an ever changing environment. The style's element is cold. 

Gain up to nine styles of the fighting (which are actions) as you level up. At level three gain First Style: Water Surface Slice, Second Style: Water Wheel, and Third Style: Dance of the Rapid Current. At tenth level gain Fourth Style: The Merciful Rain of a Dry Day, Fifth Style: Twisting Whirlpool, and Sixth Style: Piercing Rain Drop. At fifteenth level gain Seventh Style: Waterfall Jar, Eight Style: Water Splash, and Ninth Style: Lull.

Breathing

Starting at 3rd level, your intensity in battle with Breathing will last for 1 minute. On your turn, you can use Breathing as a bonus action.

While using Breathing you are able to gain the following benefits:

  • You are able to use your Breath Style.
  • Your movement speed increases by +10 ft, (At level 7 its +15 ft, 10 is +20 ft, 15 is +25 ft, 18 is +30 ft)
  • You gain advantage to smell or hear Fiends, and Undead so that you can find them.

Basics of the Element

At 7th level, you and now your weapon have been influenced by your Breath Style. You may replace your weapon damage for your element damage instead when you make any attack action, however, you must declare so before you perform the attack.

Element Understanding

10th level when you choose to use Basics of the Element your element damage overcomes resistance.

Elemental Strikes

At 15th level when you choose to use the Basics of the Element your element damage overcomes resistance and immunity.

Iron Will

Starting at 18th level, if you have no uses left for Breathing you regain one use at the start of battle.
