Sorcerer
Base Class: Sorcerer

It is common for Yuki Onna to spend their lives preying on travelers lost in snowstorms. You likely live somewhere cold and desolate. With your vampiric nature, you suck life out of those you kill, and freeze those who oppose you.  While your skin is cold as ice, you could pass as a normal person. Your beauty allows you to trick foolish people into dangerous situations. Yuki Onna are known to be cold hearted killers but often times they let their prey live for a variety of reasons.

Ice Cold Body

Your frozen skin protects you from all cold damage. This has its downsides though, as you are vulnerable to fire damage on you.

Frosty Breath

You freeze opponents with your frozen breath. This is a breathe weapon that has a 15 ft. cone range. Enemies must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 8 + your spellcasting modifier + your proficiency bonus. This attack deals 2d6 cold damage on a failed save and a half as much on a successful one.

Steal Life

Starting at 6th level, you can cast the spell Vampiric Touch. Once per short rest, you can cast this spell without expending a spell slot.

Frozen Defense

Starting at 14th level, as a bonus action, you can cover your body in a thick shell of ice. This protects you from one attack, melee or magical. You cannot use reactions until either your next turn, when you dismiss the ice, or once an opponent successfully hits you. If an enemy uses a melee attack and breaks the ice, the ice shatters and shoots out ice shards, dealing 2d6 piercing damage.

Once you use this ability, you can't use it again until you take a short rest.

Snow Storm

You summon a devastating snow storm with a radius of 40 ft. centered around you for two turns. Any creature that starts its turn inside the radius does a constitution saving throw with a DC of 18. On a failed save it takes 10d10 cold damage. On a successful save it takes half as much. When leaving the radius, the enemy makes a dexterity saving throw with a DC of 15. On a successful save they escape, on a failed save they are knocked prone and do not escape.
