The Ki card

You the ability to use Ki Cards, a weaponized playing card that you guide with your monk energy. You gain the tinker tools proficiency and proficiency with Ki cards as well as normal playing cards. To convert a normal deck of cards into a deck of Ki Card you need a set of tinker tools, a deck of cards, and a long rest. You can only have one deck of cards at a time, and a real deck is needed during play to use them. Once a card is thrown, it cannot be recovered from the battlefield, and if all cards are used/lost, then a new deck must be made.

the Ki card has a range of (20/60) and deals slashing piercing damage, as well as being a two-handed, thrown weapon. An attack roll is made with dexterity and proficiency. Damage is decided on what card is drawn from the deck. If an attack lands, then draw the top card from the deck, and move it to a face up discard pile. The cards damage corresponds to whatever number you draw, do not add dex to damage. If you draw a Jack, Queen, or King, or Ace (jokers are left out of the deck) then something special happens. If you get a critical hit, just draw two cards.

A Jack also known as the Knave supports the king. Drawing a Jack grants advantage on the next attack, which must be a Ki card attack, drawing a Jack expends the current attack.

A Queen is caring and compassionate. Recover health equivalent to your martial arts die, drawing a Queen expends the current attack.

A King has a wide realm to reign over. Drawing a King makes the card infused with Ki energy and hits harder. Add your martial arts die as bludgeoning damage to the damage from the card. Drawing a King expends the current attack.

An Ace has a reputation for highs and lows. If your amount of Ki points is even the card does 11 damage, if odd it does 1 damage.

Card Tricks

You harness your Ki energy to manipulate the cards.

Card Expert

Add dex modifier to playing card damage or effect. The cards count as magic to overcome resistance. Add Joker to deck which when drawn regains 2 ki and deals 2 martial arts die of damage.

Calling Card

Chooses a card, when this card is drawn regain a martial arts die of ki points

Trump Card

At the start of combat draw a card from the deck and set it aside, the suite of that card has advantage. If you make an attack and miss than you can choose to look at the card you would have thrown, if it matches suite, then you can roll again, if it doesn't match suite then you sacrifice the card.

Deal the Hand

Pick a target, they make a dex saving throw, also spend 3 ki, if fail roll a number of martial arts die equal to your dexterity modifier during an attack action, if pass roll half as many die. Draw a number of cards equal to the total number the die roll. You deal damage equal to the total values of all the cards (jacks queens and kings all deal 10 damage instead of their normal ability, jokers remain normal) but no not add dex mod to damage.
