Base Class: Monk

The name is a pun on yajin (野人) which means "wildman", and an anagram of yasai (野菜) which means "vegetable". The suffix -jin means "person". "Saiyan" is the English transliteration of the roman letter term Saiya-jin. In the Japanese language, Saiya-jin (サイヤ) is pronounced "Sigh-ya-jeen" while in the English dubs, "Saiyan" is pronounced "Sey-uhn".

Ki/Chi Abilities

Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you can manipulate your ki in a certain number of ways:

  • By spending (0, Ki) you can hurl a small Ki bolt of energy towards an opponent 60ft away an deal 1d8, at level 7 2d8, at level 12 3d8
  • By spending (1, ki) point you can harness the power of a ki blast and hurl the energy at an opponent within 100ft of you.  Make a ranged spell attack role and on a hit the attack deals 1d10+Spell modifier of radiant damage to the opponent, at level 5 you can hurl two ki blasts at the same opponent, at level 10 you can hurl 3 blasts of ki now at separate enemies
  • By spending (A number of ki points) you can allow yourself the ability of flight, (1,ki= 1 minute) (2, ki= 5 min) (3, ki=15 min)
  • By Spending (2, ki) as a bonus action you can give yourself advantage on attacks you make on an enemy until the begging of your next round
  • By spending (2, ki) you can blink up to 100ft to any location within sight

Super Sayan Lifeform

At 6th level, you gain the ability to push yourself beyond the limits of mortality.  If you are struck by a blow that would take you below half your hit point maximum the following apply.

  • You gain resistance to the damage type dealt (maximum of 2 damage types at level 6, 3 at level 9, 4 at level 17)
  • You Deal additional damage equal to your wisdom modifier+Proficiency to the enemy that dealt damage to you
  • And if you fall below one hit point you can expand a Ki point to stabilise instead of making death saves

Super Sayan Transformations

Beginning at 11th level, you can enter a special meditation that surrounds you with an aura of power. as an action you can choose to enter a state of either Super Sayan II, Super Sayan III, or super Sayan God, you can do this a number of times a day equal to your wisdom modifier, you regain all uses after a long rest.  if you use the last use of Super Sayana transformation you suffer a point of exhaustion.  (abilities cannot be stacked)

  • Super Sayan II: You defence improves as anyone who makes an attack against you would enter your destructive aura must first make a Wisdom saving throw, on a success they make the attack as normal, on a failure you can choose to move your character behind the opponent gaining advantage on your next attack, or allow the attack to hit your person and deal a rebuke worth 5d8 radiant damage. 
  • Super Sayan III: Your power increases as does your damage, Ki Blasts now deal a D12 and can be used as a bonus action instead of an action. (can not use both action and bonus action to fire Ki blasts)
  • Super Sayan God: Roll a d100, if the result is lower then 2x your level you enter Super sayan god, all attacks are made with advantage and any attack you make are auto criticals and you gain a number if hit-points equal to the number rolled on the d100 that last for 12 hours.  (If you roll higher then the number required you loose all uses of Super Sayan transformation) If the player uses an action on each subsequent turn to go from super Sayan to super Sayan II, then super Sayan III before making the jump to super Sayan god then the number needed to roll is instead 3x your monk level

Ultra Instinct

At 17th level, you gain the ability to enter the hardest mindset achievable by a sayan:

  • You cannot be surprised whilst you sleep or are awake, nor can you magically be charmed
  • Your speed increases by an additional 20ft whilst flying, and you no longer have a time limit on the amount of time you spend flying unless you take a rest
  • You can now blink to any known location with up to 2 creatures of your size or smaller a number of times equal to your wisdom modifier a day
  • You no longer need to exert ki when making ki blast attacks
  • Your Ac is now 10+wis+dex+con
  • You can telepathically talk to any creature you have met as long as they are willing to receive your message
