Base Class: Monk
Monks who fight underneath this monastery practice an ancient martial arts originally created by the Fey & Elves, the original creatures of the Blade singer. Elven monks eventually weaved their enchanting fey magic into their fighting style, this style would forever be known as the Dancing Fist. Though originating from fey and elves, the Way of the Dancing fist has made its way to multiple cultures and even become very popular among sirens.
Monks of the Way of the Dancing Fist are performers at heart. And it shows in their fighting style. Some monks perform with an elegant grace displaying a beauty to the battlefield, others craving the spotlight prefer this fighting style to entertain those around while mocking their opponents. Regardless their path, when a fight breaks out, a monk of this way will make sure the fight is entertaining for all except the enemy.
Monks that undergo this path expect reactions and either enhance or exploit those around because of it. Through the chaotic nature of the fey, they have learned a way to weave healing evocation magic into one's performance while also intertwining enchantment magic into their strikes.
Empowering Fist
Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you can manipulate the ki in your allies to inspire them and give them strength.
As a bonus action, you may expend a ki point to choose one creature other than yourself within 60 feet of you who can hear you. That creature gains one Bardic Inspiration die, equal to your martial arts die.
Once within the next 10 minutes, the creature can roll the die and add the number rolled to one ability check, attack roll, or saving throw it makes. The creature can wait until after it rolls the d20 before deciding to use the Bardic Inspiration die, but must decide before the DM says whether the roll succeeds or fails. Once the Bardic Inspiration die is rolled, it is lost. A creature can have only one Bardic Inspiration die at a time.
Additionally, when you use the flurry of blows option, you may replace one of your attacks to instead give a bardic inspiration. This does not require an extra ki point usage.
Performer's Passion
You gain proficiency with the performance skill and 1 skill, and 1 musical instrument of your choice.
If you are already proficient in performance, you gain expertise in it instead.
Demoralizing Diatribe
You've learned to point out the flaws in your enemies' defenses and mock them because of it.
Whenever you hit a creature with an unarmed strike, you may expend a ki point to inflict this creature with a modified version of bane. The Creature must make a Wisdom saving throw against your Monk DC(8+Proficiency+Wisdom) or be effected this attack.
On a success, nothing happens.
On a failure, the creature subtracts your Martial Arts Die from it's next attack roll.
Praiseful Performance
As an action, until the end of your next turn. You and all allies have advantage on attack rolls against hostile creatures within 30 feet of you.
All creatures also have disadvantage on attack rolls against you.
You may continue this performance after this initial turn however, you must expend a ki point for each turn.
Death's Dance
At 17th level, you've unlocked the power to effect the ki of your allies even when they aren't concious.
Whenever a creature is unconscious, you may use a bonus action to expend 5 ki points & heal the unconscious creature for your martial arts Die + your monk level + wisdom modifier.
