Nimbus Carrier
At 3rd level, when you use your Step Of The Wind feature you may conjure a small cloud at your feet instead of disengaging or dashing. The cloud has a flying speed equal to your movement speed. You may stand on the cloud if you are wearing no armor. While standing on the cloud you may use the cloud’s movement as your movement as it will carry you in any direction you wish other than directly vertically upwards. Keeping the cloud from disappearing requires concentration. The cloud will disappear if you lose concentration or if you touch the ground.
Dance With the Breeze
At 6th level, you learn to move with the wind. On your turn you can expend a ki point to choose to dash 15ft in a straight line in any direction at will. The dash is extremely fast. It don't provoke opportunity attacks and causes a breeze to move in the same direction for a few seconds. On each or your turns you can only do this an amount of times equal to your dexterity modifier (minimum of 1).
Domain of the Clouds
At 11th level, at the start of your turn you can designate a 30ft radius sphere within 60ft of you as a cloud domain. The area within the sphere is filled with wind that disperses gas or vapor, extinguishes candles, torches, and similar unprotected flames in the area. While inside the cloud domain you gain the following benefits:
- You can make any area your feet would touch a solid surface at will. It is only solid to you and others would pass through it.
- You can activate your Dance with the Breeze feature without spending a ki point if you originated the dash from within the domain
- Attacks you make deal an additional 1d6 slashing damage.
Once you use this feature you can’t use it again until you complete a short or long rest.
Let go Your Earthly Tether
At 17th level you detach yourself from the ground completely. You gain the following benifits
- You permanently hover 5ft off the ground yet move by walking on the air
- You ignore difficult terrain
- you are immune to effects that knock you prone
- You are permanently under the effects of the feather fall spell
- Nothing short of a wish spell can make you touch the ground.
Additionally, as a bonus action you can spend any number of ki points to increase the height that you hover at by 10ft for every ki point spent for 1 minute.
