The Arbalest is a product of war and though many skills they are one serving the purpose of many and doing so quite well.

Crossbow Expert

At LVL 3 You have a favorite crossbow which has been with you for years. You've been with this thing for as long as you can remember so you should know the in and outs of it by now.

 Mark a crossbow as your favorite. With your favorite crossbow you can ignore the reload action.

Medical Knowledge

At LVL 7 You know how to use a bandage or two. Allows use of Battlefield bandage and Field Dressing. 

Battlefield Bandage- As an Action you may bandage someone in melee range for 1d4 healing, this increases per successive use by 1d4 and has a max of 3d4. This becomes d6's at level 11 and d8's at level 17.

Field dressing- Once per long rest you may roll 1d4 on 1-3 you heal yourself or an ally by 10% of their max HP on a 4 you may heal 30%.

Close Quarters Training

At LVL 11 You gain access to bola rounds immobilizing a target and quick shot.

Bola rounds may now be bought from shops for 30gp a shot and immobilizing a target for 1 turn on a hit with them.

Quick shot- You may take a close range shot without minuses but at half damage.

The Dancing Steps of War

At LVL 15 You learn to improve in your combat and healing prowess. Gain access to Snipers Mark, Suppressing fire, and Triage.

Snipers Mark- Once per Combat, As an Action you point to an enemy they get a -5 to their AC until they get hit. If you hit the target you automatically Crit.

Suppressing Fire- Twice per combat, As an Action, you rain down arrows in a 10ft radius for 1d4 piercing and a -3 to hit for those in the radius for 2 turns.

Triage- You may, once per long rest and while out of combat, use Triage to heal the party for 10% of their max HP.
