The way of the Relentless Storm is used to inflict damage to your enemies while evading there attacks at the same time 

Relentless Shock

When you use your flurry of blows you may chose to change the damage from bludgeoning to lightning damage. If you chose to use this ability on a hit your lightning arcs and all creatures except you within a 5ft. Radius must make a Dex saving throw or take the lightning damage as well.

Body of Cloud / Relentless strikes

At 6th level, you gain the ability to use your reaction to spend 2 ki points to turn your body into clouds until the start of your turn. While in this state you are resistant to all non-magical damage. You may spend 5 ki points to become immune to nonmagical damage and resistant to magical damage 

Also at 6th level, you have learned to control your ki to the point of your normal unarmed attacks can cause lightning damage instead of bludgeoning damage you can control what damage type is used with each strike.

Lightning Catcher

At 11th level, whenever you would take lightning damage you can spend 3 ki points and absorb the damage then on your next unarmed attack you deal that lightning damage to the target plus your normal unarmed attack damage. The amount of damage you can store is your proficiency bonus times your level in this class. Any excess damage that you can’t absorb is dealt to you unless you succeed a dc 15 dex saving throw.

Storm Cloaked

At 17th level, as an action you can spend 4 ki point to create a cloud around you with a 10ft. radius that last for 1 minute the cloud is filled with arcing lightning it gives anyone that makes a ranged attack on you have disadvantage, whenever a creature enters the clouds area it must make a dexterity saving throw or take 5D10 lightning damage, on a successful save the creature takes half damage. Whenever you make a melee attack you will deal an extra 2D8 lightning damage to your target.
