Base Class: Fighter
Intel, devastation, support, and leadership. All are necessary in a successful war, and the Arbalest, is the master of all of them.
Hardend by Battle
When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you gain proficiency in herbalism kits and medicine skill checks. If you are already proficient, you can choose another skill or set of tools.
Sniper’s Mark
At the 3rd level, you gain the ability to single out and harass important enemies. As a bonus action, you can mark a creature that you can see within your weapons range. This mark lasts until you dismiss it (no action required by you) or the target leaves your weapons range. While a target is marked, they cannot hide from you via non-magical means. Also, whenever you role maximum damage on the weapons damage dice when damaging your marked target, you can role an additional weapon damage die and add it to the total.
Battlefield Medic
Once you reach the 7th level, your expertise on the backlines assisting those injured has taught you more than the basics of medicine. During a long rest using an herbalism kit you can construct a healers kit personalized to you and your style of fighting. This kit has an amount of uses equal to your proficiency bonus and can be used like any normal healers kits. These kits expire at the end of your next long rest in which you can construct another. This specific healers kit however can be used in place of one of your attacks when you take the attack action as if using an action to apply a healers kit.
Suppressing Fire
When you gain this feature at the tenth level, your target has a harder time evading you. As a reaction whenever your marked creature moves more than 10ft in one turn, you can make one ranged weapon attack against the creature provided that they are within your weapons range. If the creature is hit by this attack, their speed is halted.
"Rally to Me!"
Knowing when to regroup or when to retreat is important for a team. Once you reach the 15th level, as a bonus action, you can compel your allies to regroup to you. When you use this feature allies who can see or hear you within 60ft can use their reaction to move up to their full walking speed in the most direct path towards you avoiding obvious danger. This movement does not provoke opportunity attacks, and they can choose to ignore the effect. You can use this feature once per short or long rest.
Battlefield Opportunist
Your prowess on the battlefield gives you an advantage that others could not replicate. At the 18th level, as a reaction at the end of another's creatures turn, can interject with a shortened turn. You can move up to your full speed, as well as being able to take an action. However, if you take the attack action, you can only make one attack despite how many attacks you could normally take. You can use this reaction only once per short or long rest.
