The Arch-Angel is the most powerful type of Angel in existence, there are limited records of these angels through out history, very few Angels have survived down the ages through the many apocalyptic events the Multiverse has suffered, most angels are lower forms created in modern history, there are others created by creatures who were not gods but very few match the full power of an Arch Angel, the only known exception being Avacyn. 

ArchAngels are divided into subrace, each one represents a mortal species in physical appearance, humans, elves etc, the main differences are their angelic glow, beautiful bright wings that can be retracted at will.

A fallen ArchAngel will lose their golden hair and glow after their fall, their hair becoming a silvery grey and their wings reducing from 6 wings down to two grey wings.

You lost your full power and form from either destruction at the hands of a superior enemy or because you broke the laws of your god(s)

Skill Proficiencies: As an Angel you gain proficiency in throws on Charisma and Intelligence.

You also gain proficiency in Arcana, History and Religion 

Languages: You speak, read and write in all languages, allowing you to communicate with any creature that has a language, as well as to understand any text you see or sounds you hear, so long as it is a language.

 

This does not allow you to automatically work out riddles, enigmas and secret codes.

Celestial sword of your angels chosen path, Law, Wrath, Order etc.

The same as heavenly lightning, except it has a greater range, can strike more targets, and deals 5d6 points of special celestial electricity damage.

 Shao's Wrath Hammer

Character Level 7 - 1 bonus point or bonus action
Range: N/A
Target: Up to one Person
A once a day non combat spell, if target NPC is lying, you summon a green spectral hammer that will one hit kill the NPC by hitting them with this hammer in the skull sending the skull out of the NPC's rectum. This can not be avoided. 

Suggested Characteristics

Chaotic evil, 

A Fallen Angel, being a veteran of many conflicts on unimaginable scale, would generally be considered evil, though you can occasionally do a good deed, you will normally follow it with a sadistic one. maybe burn the odd orphanage. 

Angels tend to have a sharp mind but an outwardly friendly nature to those they like, unknown creatures and characters tend not to fair well in their first encounters, enemies usually not having the chance for a second encounter.
