Wisdom may be a weapon far better than swords (as the monks know already).
Close-Up
Starting at level 3, shooting an enemy in close range does not impose you any disvantage.
Knowledge is the key
Starting at level 3 you may add your WIS modifier divided by 3 to your "to hit" dice
Evasion
Starting at level 7 level, when you are subjected to an effect that allows you to make a DEX saving throw to take only half damage, you instead take no damage if you succeed on the saving throw, and only half damage if you fail.
Dark Side of Mind
Starting at level 7 you may add your WIS modifier to your ranged attacks damage
Tripod
Starting at level 10, you can use your Bonus Action to adjust your aim to one foe. After that, you can add your WIS modifier divided by 2 on all your ranged attacks against him. The effect continues as long as you don't move, the foe doesn't move more than 10 feet, you don't get hit by an attack and you don't attack anyone else
2 on 1
Starting at level 15 you can shoot 2 arrows at the same time. Those arrows count as one attack, but but second one has disvantage. They can be shot at one or two different foes. You may use this feature a number of times equal to your Fighter level divided by 2. You regain all the uses after a short or long rest.
Wise Protection
Starting at level 18 you can use your reaction to prevent an attack hitting you. You must roll your attack precision, if it is equal or greater than the foes attack, it hits. In case of a ranged attack you manage to hit the projectile and break it (if your attacks are considered magical you can do the same thing on spells, such as fireball). If the attack is melee, the foe must choose between protect himself (this way he don't get hit, but looses the rest of his actions) and receive, continuing his turn (he still looses the first attack he made, and your hit must still be higher than his AC).
