Base Class: Monk
A monk who follows the Way of the Wilds assumes various stances following the primordial teachings of nature itself. They use their Ki to channel the magic from nature and extend their being to be one with nature. Masters in the way of the wilds are often protectors of nature and have let go material needs and possessions.

Nature's Stances
Starting at 3rd level, as a bonus action you may spend 1 ki point and enter one stance from the options below. Each stance lasts for 1 minute, until you enter a different stance or exit stance as a bonus action. If you spend 1 ki point as a bonus action to enter the stance you are currently in, it counts as entering a new stance.
Flow Like Water
While in this stance whenever you hit a creature with a melee attack, you don't provoke opportunity attacks from that creature for the rest of the turn, as your fluid motions adapt to the attacks.
Focused Roots
While in this stance any creature of your choice that starts its turn with 5 feet of you has disadvantage on attack rolls against any target other than you, as a vine grasps them as they attack.
Improved Stances
Starting at 6th level, whenever you enter a stance you gain additional benefits depending on the stance chosen.
Flow Like Water
When you enter this stance you can move up to half your speed as part of the same bonus action.
Focused Roots
When you enter this stance you gain a number of temporary hit points equal to your Monk level. All temporary hit points gained this way disappear when you exit this stance.
Nature's Remedy
Starting at 11th level, you can tap into your connection with nature to heal you and your allies. Once per short or long rest you can cast the Prayer of Healing spell using Wisdom as your spellcasting ability modifier.
Nature's Guardian
At 17th level, you gain access to a third stance. As a bonus action you can spend 4 ki points and enter this stance. This stance can only be used once per long rest.
Nature's Guardian
When you enter this stance, you gain temporary hit points equal to twice your monk level. All temporary hit points gained this way disappear when you exit this stance. While in this stance, you have the following benefits:
- You have a +3 bonus to your AC.
- Once per turn when you hit a melee attack you can add 1d10 to the damage roll.
