Iron Grip Strength
Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you can manipulate your enemy’s ki when you harness your own. You automatically gain the Grappler feat regardless of your strength ability schore and whenever you hit a creature with one of the attacks granted by your Flurry of Blows, you can chose to automatically grapple the opponent. Your opponent is then [condition]grappled[condition/] until it uses an action to make a successful Strength Saving Throw or you release him with a bonus action. The DC for this ability is 8 plus your Strength modifier plus your monk level, but only when you grapple an opponent using this ability.
Surprise Mother F*cker
On your reaction if someone misses a melee attack against you, you can roll an attack against them. If the attack succeeds, you deal a d6 x half your monk level + STR modifier + proficiency force damage and the opponent is knocked prone next to you.
example, a level 6 monk with a STR score of 13 will deal 3d6+4 force damage.
Tighten the Grip
If a creature starts its turn while it is [condition]grappled[condition/] by you, It must make a DEX saving throw. On a failure it takes a number of d4 equal to your monk level +proficiency force damage and half damage on success. The DC is 8 + monk level = STR modifier
If it attempts to break the grapple and fails it also takes a number of d4 equal to half your level + proficiency force damage.
Anaconda Squeeze
While you are grappled, all attacks on you have disadvantage including melee attacks from other creatures. If an attack roll succeeds, you may use your reaction to make a DEX check before the damage is calculated. The DC is equal the AC of the creature you are grappling. If you succeed, you twist your body out of the way, and instead the creature you are grappling takes the damage instead of you. The same creature cannot be affected by this ability twice.
