You gain proficiency with acrobatics and performance.

Path of the Dancers Blade

When you choose this tradition at 3 level, your training gives you the ability to build up momentum and deal devastating blows with the heaviest of weapons.

Dancers Blade. You gain proficiency in any sword and it becomes a monk weapon, which means you can use your dexterity modifier for attacks. Make a choice out of:

  • Double-Bladed Scimitar
  • Glaive
  • Greatsword
  • Longsword
  • Rapier
  • Scimitar

All features of this tradition only work with your Dancers Blade. At 11 level you choose an extra Dancers Blade to be proficient with following the above criteria. To gain the benefits of this subclass you need to equip the dancers variant of the chosen weapon.

Momentum. Each consecutive attack with your Dancers Blade grants you an extra martial arts die to the damage. The die build up until you miss an attack, this includes attacks with your action, bonus action, or reaction.

Double-Bladed Scimitar

You gain proficiency with the double-bladed scimitar.

Glaive

You gain proficiency with the glaive.

Greatsword

You gain proficiency with the greatsword.

Longsword

You gain proficiency with the longsword.

Rapier

You gain proficiency with the rapier.

Scimitar

You gain proficiency with the scimitar.

Ki Blade

At 6 level, you extend your ki into your Dancers Blade weapons, granting you the following benefits.

Extended Blade. You can spend a ki point to increase the reach of your Dancers Blade weapon to 10 ft.

Magic Dancers Blade. Your attacks with your Dancers Blade weapons count as magical for the purpose of overcoming resistance and immunity to nonmagical attacks and damage.

Improvise

Your training grants you the ability to keep the dance going and hold the immense momentum that you have built up. You can spend the same amount of ki points as extra martial arts die you have built up to keep your momentum going and not lose the extra martial arts die.

Extra Attack

At 17 level, you can attack three times instead of two times per action.
