Base Class: Sorcerer
The laws of magic as you know it bend and waver while all overs see it as a static thing. To you, magic isn't just second nature, it surrenders to you; it fears you and you can control it like no one else.
Fey magics run through your veins, more potent than raw magical essence. of course this warps your body, you show more hag like traits and it grows more horrific as you use your magic.
Wyrd Control
At 1st level, you may choose any ability score, except dexterity, to use as your spellcasting modifier.
in addition to this, you cannot use spellcasting focuses and have to use components if the spell needs it but you can also substitute any none cost components for any organic material of the same type which is consumed in the spell. e.g. a piece of fleece can be any clothing, fur, wool, cotton, etc. a living flee can be any insect or bug.
Hag Form
As you continue to practice wyrd magic, your body warps to resemble those that mastered it. you cannot have proficiency in any simple or martial weapon while your nails become long vicious claws that deal 1d4 slashing damage. you may use your spellcasting modifier for this attack.
Greater Hag Magic
Starting at 6th level, When you cast a spell that has a material value, you can exchange the material for any 1 or more things of equal value. the materials are usually consumed unless you expend 1 sorcery point per 10gp of the material value to keep the materials.
you can only use this feature of expending sorcery points once per short or long rest.
Hag Transformation
At 14th level, you gain the ability to take up a horrific transformation with your bonus action. in your hag form, your claws deal 1d6 slashing instead, you can cast any melee range cantrip as a bonus action after attacking with your claws and all creatures in a 30ft radius or any creature that can see you have to make a wisdom saving throw, dc equal to 8+prof+spellcasting modifier, or become frightened. you can use another bonus action to end this effect or wait 1 minute for you to lose focus.
you can only use this effect once per long rest.
Hags pact
Beginning at 18th level, you can call upon your fey family tree to create a pact with any creature other than you.
in order for the pact to work, the creature you're making the pact with must know the cost; the pact must be made to over come some kind of situation, and the pact must have a condition to be fulfilled. the condition must be difficult enough or the pact wont work.
the price for using this feature lowers your level to 17, you lose 10 x levels lost maximum hit point permanently and are reduced to 1 hit point remaining until you take a long rest. you may not be healed by any means until then.
you can only use this feature once per level.
