Cleric
Base Class: Cleric

Gods of apathy– including Nurgle, Fenlath, Shar, Vortigen, Nephthys, and Null – promote the ideals of stagnation, erasure, nothingness, and inevitability. Clerics of a god of apathy are often goal oriented and pragmatic souls infused with freedom, charged with bringing forth an inevitable future already decided. Nothing matters to them, for their purpose is clear.

Stagnation is when acceptance becomes apathy, some prefer or find comfort within the same thing unchanging. Some go as far as to worship and draw divine power from the concept of or deities of stagnation or null. These clerics are sometimes chosen by deities themselves rather than those who've embraced nothing, the purpose for these abilities is not typically known.

Apathy comes in many forms, whether it's a general sense of pointlessness or a gleeful acceptance of nihilism. Clerics of the Domain of Apathy serve deities or ideals embodying the indifference or detachment from worldly affairs. They believe in the balance of the universe, advocating for acceptance rather than action and acknowledging that not every problem requires intervention.

Apathy Domain Spells

Your divine link to apathy grants you access to certain spells.

At 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, and 9th level you gain access to the spells listed for that level in the Domain of Apathy Spells table. Once you gain access to one of these spells, you always have it prepared, and it doesn't count against the number of spells you can prepare each day. If you gain access to a spell that doesn't appear on the cleric spell list, the spell is nonetheless a cleric spell for you.

Domain of Apathy Spells

Bonus Cantrip

When you choose this domain at 1st level, you gain the chill touch cantrip if you don't already know it. This cantrip doesn’t count against the number of cleric cantrips you know.

Hollow Pool

Starting at 1st level when you successfully save against a spell that is of a level equal to your Wisdom modifier or lower you can use a reaction to replace a domain spell with that spell until the next time you finish a long rest if you can use that level spell slot. This feature is usable a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

Channel Divinity: Erasure

Starting at 2nd level, you can use your Channel Divinity to force Erasure on a set of events that just occurred on a singular individual.
As an action, you present your holy symbol and utter a word or phrase of power audible only to one target of your choosing. That target must then succeed on a Charisma saving throw or have the last round erased for them. A creature who fails this saving throw has any effects on it accumulated from the previous round of combat removed, is healed for any damage taken from that round, has any resources spent recovered, damage given or effects bestowed erased and the rest of combat is treated as if this round never occurred.

Tranquil Mind

At 6th level, your detachment becomes a magical shield for your mind.
You have advantage on saving throws to resist the charm or frightened effect. If you fail a saving throw against a charm or frighten effect, you're only affected for half as much time. Additionally if you pass the saving throw and an ally within 30 feet of you fails, you may as a reaction force them to reroll the save and take the new result.

Potent Spellcasting

Starting at 8th level, you add your Wisdom modifier to the damage you deal with any cleric cantrip.

Nullification Aura

Upon reaching 17th level, you emanate an aura of annihilation in a 20-foot radius centered on yourself. Creatures within this aura have disadvantage on saving throws against spells and abilities that would banish, dispel, or otherwise negate their existence or presence. Additionally, once per round, when a creature within the aura succeeds on a saving throw against such a spell or ability, you can use your reaction to force the creature to reroll the saving throw with disadvantage.
