Fighter
Base Class: Fighter

Blade dancer are warriors that incorporate elements of dances into their fighting style. Light on their feet, they can rely on their light feet, endurance, and great sense of rhythm to elegantly maneuver their way into the fight.

Rhythmic step

Beginning when you choose this archetype at 3rd level, while you are wearing no heavy armor, you gain the following benefits:
-Whenever you succeed an attack roll against any creature, you get an additional 5ft of movement until the end of your turn
-During your turn, if you attack a creature, you get a +2 bonus to your hit and damage dice towards any other creature that you haven't attacked yet. The bonus only applies to the first hit you make towards that new creature during your turn.
-Every time someone misses an attack or you succeed a saving throw, you can use your reaction to add +1 to either your AC and saving throws, until the end of your upcoming turn.

Additionally,  you gain proficiency with Charisma (Performance) for performing any kind of dance.

Unstoppable flow

Starting at 7th level, whenever you use your action surge, and you are not wearing heavy armor, you automatically gain the benefits of the Disengage action until the end of your turn. Additionally, you gain +5 to your AC. After using this feature, at the end of each of your turns for 5 turns, you lose 1 point of AC, until you reach your normal amount again.

Action Surge

Starting at level 10, you gain an additional use of your action surge before a rest, but only once on the same turn.
This means that at level 17, you get to use 3 action surges before a rest instead of 2.

Guided momentum

At 15th level, you gain better control over the flow of your movement, and are capable of retaining some of the momentum of your missed attacks. For each attack rolls you do not succeed, you add a +1 bonus to your next attack roll. This bonus carries over to each subsequent attacks that misses, adding up until you succeed an attack roll.
For exemple:
If you fail an attack roll, your next attack will have a +1 bonus to it's attack roll. If you miss the next attack roll, your next attack roll after that will have a +2 bonus, and so forth, until you succeed on an attack roll.

You lose the bonus if you do not attempt an attack roll during on your turn.

Endless Breakwaltz

At 18th level, you have mastered the art of moving effortlessly flowing around the battlefield and maneuvering yourself to the rhythm of combat to such an extant, that you are able to enter an unstoppable trance.
On your turn, you can decide the enter the Breakwaltz stance. While your stance is active, until the end of your turn, whenever you succeed an attack roll on a creature, you get to make one additional attack. This benefit stacks with itself, meaning that you can, in theory, attack infinitely as long as you keep succeeding on your attack rolls.

Once you use this feature, you must finish a long rest before you can use it again.
