Monk
Base Class: Monk

You have inherited the power and the curse of your bloodline, the Sharingan.  A powerful Dojutsu that gives its wielder incredible insights.  Yet, these powers awaken only in the most horrible of circumstances and the price of this power is a heavy one to bear.

Level 3: Will of Fire

You have inherited the Will of Fire.  You have learned to push beyond the normal limits of the human body and can channel your life force to fuel you.  This allows you to:

Use a Reaction to spend a Hit Die.  When you do, you roll your Monk Die and add your Wisdom Modifier and regain that many Focus Points.  You can only do this once per round.  This feature can be used a number of times per Long Rest equal to your Wisdom Modifier.

Level 3: The Awakened Eye

You can activate the Sharingan, making your eyes turn red with small tomoe surrounding the pupils.  It costs 1 Focus Pt and a Reaction, and grants the following abilitiesfor 1 minute:

  1. +1 to AC, this improves by 1 at levels 6, 11, 17 and 20.
  2. Darkvision, if you do not already possess the ability. This Darkvision can see through magical darkness.
  3. You have Expertise in Perception.
  4. Can See Invisible creatures.
  5. Gain 1 additional Reaction per round. You gain 1 additional Reaction per round at levels 11 and 17.

Level 6: The Copy Eye

The user is capable of copying spells that he sees when his Sharignan is active.  To do so, the user must make a Wisdom Check, DC 2 x the spells Level and use their Reaction.  Once copied, that spell can be activated by spending a number of Focus Points equal to the spell’s level, where Cantrips cost 0 Focus Point.  You spend a number of Focus Points equal to the level of the spell you are casting, so casting a level 5 Fireball would cost 5 Focus Points.  The spell uses the Sharingan as the spell focus, and spells cast this way do not require material components (see note below).  All conditions and usages for the spell must be met, with the following limitations:

  1. The spell must have a casting time of 1 Minute, 1 Action, 1 Bonus Action or 1 Reaction.
  2. The user can only copy spells of levels one half of his Monk Level.
  3. He can only copy a number of spells equal to Proficiency Bonus + Wisdom Mod at any given time. He may choose to eliminate a copied spell to open space for a new one.

Notes:

1.  A Copied Spell can only be cast at the level it was copied at or less.  Ex.  If a Fireball was copied at level 5, that is the max level the spell can be used.  To gain a more potent version, one must copy a higher version Fireball.

2.  A spell's level when cast determines if the spell can be copied.  Ex.  At level 6, one can copy a level 3 Fireball but not a level 4.

3.  Any expensive materials needed to cast a copied spell must still be used if applicable.

Level 11: The Penetrating Eye

When the Sharingan is active, the following applies:

  1. Advantage on Dexterity Saves
  2. Advantage on Saves against Illusions, Charm, Mental Control, or Fear affects.
  3. Evasion applies to Strength and Constitution area-of-effect attacks.

Level 17: Mangekyo Sharigan

Upon this level the following powers become available:

  1. Tsukuyomi: (Requires an Action) As an action, make eye contact with a creature and expend 4 Focus points. The target must make an intelligence saving throw equal to your Ki Save DC. On a failed saving throw, the target goes through a Demi-hell designed by the caster. The Target is trapped inside the Demiplane till the start of the users next turn. The experience feels like several Days to the target causing 8d12 psychic damage. Additionally, the target gains two levels of exhaustion.
  2. Kamui: As an action, expend 2 Focus points and the wielder can teleport himself/herself or any object/creature the wielder can see (which occupies a 5ft square area, it can be part of an item/creature too) to a space he/she can also see. The target should make a Dexterity saving throw equal to your Ki Save DC to escape from the region. On a fail, the target gets teleported.
  3. Ameterasu: As an action, expend 3 Focus points and the wielder creates a black magical fire in a 10x10 ft square in an area he/she can see. Any creature in that region must make a Dexterity saving throw equal to your Ki Save DC. On a fail, it takes four  Martial Arts Die of necrotic damage and does an additional 2 Monk Die of necrotic damage at the start of each    The flames cannot be removed in a non-magical manner, nor with spells lower than 3 (ex. Dispel Magic, Wish, etc. as determined viable by the DM.) and so once the initial save is failed the flames will continue to burn until the victim is nothing but ash.   (The DM may rule that a particular body part is compromised and allow the amputation of the area, such as an arm, to stop the continuous damage.)  On a success, the target takes no damage.
