Monk
Base Class: Monk

There are a multitude of different foreign, even somewhat alien methods of combat that an individual might be able to train themselves to perfect. But none are quite so unpredictable as the Monkey Staff Style. Capitalizing on the most basic of monk weapons, this somewhat mystic style is used to ensure that the staff, and the essence of the monkey itself, are imbued into your combat, and even your personality. The basics of this style are widely available, and manifest in a particularly combat and athletic oriented fashion.

The Basics of the Monkey

Starting at level 3, a practitioner of the Monkey Staff Style is able to do the following:

Use Acrobatics instead of Athletics to climb objects and make all Jump checks.

Gain Advantage on Stealth checks when in foliage(bushes, trees, tall grass).

Utilize the end of your staff(one handed) instead of your unarmed strikes for your bonus martial arts strikes, as well as Flurry of Blows.

Monkey Tricks

At level 6, the monk may spend 2 ki points to perform one of the following Monkey Tricks

Illusive Ape - Create an illusive copy of the monk that acts as the monk commands for 10 minutes. This copy appears where the monk desires within a range of 30 feet. A successful Wisdom Check may see through the illusion and notice that it isn't real, negating any of its advantages. This illusion is capable of speech, movement, and attacking(damage being psychic damage equal to the monk's martial arts die) as per the monk's capabilities.

Speed of the Watch Monkey - The monk may, for a single turn, double their movement speed, and attack one extra time when taking their attack action.

Pole Vault - The monk may extend their staff at no penalty to 100 feet for a single round. If an enemy, object, or ally is in the way of the extension, the monk must make an opposed athletics check(or regular damage roll against objects) to prevent themselves from being the ones pushed back by the extension. The staff does no extra damage than usual during this extension, it is longer, not thicker.

Monkey Savagery

At level 11, a practitioner of the Way of the Monkey may spend 2 ki points to perform one of the following from the Monkey Savagery options:

Massive Staff - Separate from Pole Vault, Staff Growth makes the quarterstaff of the monk grow to double its size at no penalty, adding another martial arts die to its damage for 10 minutes.

Nimbus Ride - A small misty cloud forms beneath the monk which is ride-able by only the monk, allowing them a fly speed equal to their move speed. This lasts until the next day.

Baboon's Evasion - The monk may cast Greater Invisibility on themselves, which lasts as per the spell.

Monkey Mastery

At 17th level, the monk gains +2 AC in the form of a protective monkey-like hide, and may spend 4 ki points to perform the Monkey Whirlwind.

Monkey whirlwind - When the monk makes an attack action against all enemies within range with their staff. The monk will roll a singular attack roll per attack against all enemies within range, and enemies hit will have to make a successful Dexterity Save vs the Monk's Wisdom Modifier or be knocked prone. This attack does not extend to bonus martial arts attacks, or Flurry of Blows.
