Monk
Base Class: Monk

counterstrike

When you choose this monastic order at 3rd level, you can counter an opponent’s attack. When you are targeted by a melee attack, you can make an unarmed strike attack as a reaction. If it succeeds, negate the damage of the enemy’s attack. This feature does not work on huge or larger creatures. You have a number of uses equal to your monk level. You regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

Ki sharing

At 6th level, you can give others more Ki at the expense of yourself. You can touch one willing creature and spend 1 Ki point to cause them to regain 5 hit points. You can spend more Ki points (maximum of 10) to heal them more at a rate of one Ki point per 5 hit points.

at 17th level, you can spend unlimited Ki points on this feature.

Equalize power

When you reach 11th level, you gain the ability to level the playing field by siphoning energy from other creatures.

As an action on your turn, you can spend 5 Ki points to add the current hit points of you and every creature within 60 feet of you together and average them.  All affected creatures replace their current hit points with the average. Creatures at 0 hit points and legendary creatures are unaffected. The new amount cannot exceed the creature’s hit point maximum.

Ki stealer

At 17th level, you can drain an opponent’s Ki and use it for yourself. When you hit a creature (other than a construct or undead) with an unarmed strike, you can choose to gain 4 Ki points. If you do, that creature must succeed on a charisma saving throw or have disadvantage on all saving throws and ability checks until they finish a long rest. If the target has levels in the monk class, they lose all of their Ki points and you regain Ki points equal to the amount they lost, but the rest is the normal effect. You can use this feature twice. You regain expended uses when you finish a short or long rest.
