So a couple of comments on this class.
1. I really like the idea of a subclass focused on crossbows and I think that the rogue is a great place to do that.
2. Snipers bolt could use some clarity. Namely when does the the feature take place? I am assuming it is when an attack roll is made but it never specifies and therefore is hard to rule on when the number of uses is expended.
3. Why does master archer require one action of prep for an instant death but precision of the trained requires two minutes (20 rounds) to do a crit and some extra damage? I like the idea of sum instant deaths being a 3.5 fan but I think the priorities are a little skewed. Also, Master Archer should probably be once per long rest.
