Base Class: Bard

The College of Punk Rock is for Bards with nowhere else to go- those who have grown past their societal limitations, or those rejected from society outright often flock to these songs of a world that does not want them, and bond with one another as the misfits that they so proudly claim to be. They are rarely known for fame and widespread adoration, rather, these Bards save their songs for seedy taverns, for nights around a campfire with those they might consider close, or for those they believe are hurting. While many a Bards' song is about washing the pain away, these somber songs say that it's okay to hurt, and feelings of anger, or loss are as much a part of you as happiness and love. Pain is not an ugly word in the eyes of these Bards, and they shall speak their truths for those who are too afraid to echo them.

Bonus Proficiencies

When you join the College of Punk Rock at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with medium armor, as well as martial and improvised weapons.

If you’re proficient with a simple or martial melee weapon, you can use it as a spellcasting focus for your bard spells.

Rockin' Rage

Beginning at 3rd level, you can enter a Rage as a Bonus Action. While raging, you gain the following benefits if you aren't wearing heavy armor:

-You have advantage on all Strength checks and Strength saving throws.
-When you make a melee weapon attack that uses your Strength or Dexterity score, you gain a +1 bonus to your weapon's damage. At 11th level, this damage increases to +2.
-You have resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage.
-You can maintain concentration on spells you've previously cast while raging. You cannot cast new spells until your current Rage has ended.

Your Rage lasts for 1 minute. It ends early if you are knocked unconscious or if your turn ends and you haven't attacked a hostile creature since your last turn or taken damage since then. You can also end your Rage on your turn as a bonus action.

You can use this feature once per long rest. At 9th level, you can use it twice, and at 16th level, you can use it three times.

Extra Attack

Starting at 6th level, you can attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn.

Black Parade

At 14th level, you can target a creature within 30ft of you who's hit points have been reduced to zero, and expend your action to fill them with the rage to carry on. The target is then healed for a total equal to your inspiration die roll + your Charisma modifier. Once the target is raised, they may use their reaction to immediately make a single melee weapon attack on any creature within 5 ft of it. This attack gains the damage benefit of your Rockin' Rage feature.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier, with all uses regained at the end of a Long Rest.
