After achieving 3 stages of realization, you can inflict your world view onto an area. To achieve this massive feat you must go through 3 stages of trials, and be level 10 or higher. The three trials are most likely problems that you've encountered in your travels. (ex. saving a city, killing a dragon, or even bad ones, watching your enemy burn an orphanage, ect.) After reaching these stages, you gain a world view. This can look or act however you want, but a few restrictions are imposed. (will be a little more OP mainly because the feats required to obtain such weapon) You can bypass one rule on this list and suffer a penalty. (ask DM) ex, insanity, lose an appendage, requires a sacrifice, must stay pure to activate, ect.

1. Damage dealt can be a total of 40 on average per turn. (ex, around 6d12.) No + either, or you could have 1d4+38. <-- (unbalanced)

2. Lasts 3 turns normally, but increasing the amount of turns imposes a lower save by 2. (+1 turn -2 to save, +2 turns -4 to save, ect)

3. Can choose to have the dice damage halved to add one condition. (ex, grappled, restrained, ect.)

4. The corresponding save must make sense for what it looks like, a maddening landscape would use wisdom, a tinkerers deadly workshop would use intelligence. Even if you choose Valhalla it would be strength.

5. Range = all enemies fighting you, but also effects all beings within 120 feet away centered on you. (60 feet out in all directions and does cause friendly fire.)

6. Can choose to disable friendly fire by dealing -10 damage with the damage.

7. Can add one additional damage dice per extra turn you use to create it. (takes 1 turn on average, using all movement, attacks, ect.)

This can be used 1 time, then has to recharge for how much damage it dealt /10 rounded down.

P.S. Only use if DM allows and have a conversation prior. If this is broken please don't argue in comments, but rather propose better ideas. I will be making adjustments as I get feedback. (taken from webtoon The World After the Fall)

TO DM's: If you want to let your players use this, make up some of your own. If two people activate them at the same time, cause the player with the higher level to activate, while the other fizzles, but doesn't have a cool down. (canceling the effect of the lower leveled person while giving them a chance to use it later)
