Once per life, during combat, when you drop to 0 hit points you can choose to automatically fail all remaining death saving throws.
If you do so you come back to life with 1 hit point and immunity to all conditions and damage types, but you cannot be healed.
You only stay alive for a number or rounds equal to the death saving throws failed automatically by this feature.
If you run out of rounds with this feature or if combat ends before that happens you drop back to 0 hit points without any way of being healed, revived or animated.
