Prerequisite: Wisdom score of 12 or higher.
You become a spring of healing and life, and excel at keeping things alive. Life Blossoms in your step, and death flees in your wake.
- Every time you cast a healing spell, roll a d10.
- If you roll a 10, you do not expend the spell slot used to cast the spell.
- If you roll a 1, The spell heals for the maximum amount at the level cast, and the spell slot is expended as normal.
- Otherwise the spell slot is expended as normal.
- Whenever there is an unconscious creature (with 0 Hit Points) within 60 feet of you, you can cast Healing Word at 1st level without expending a spell slot. You may do this an amount of times equal to your wisdom modifier (Minimum of Once).
- You recover all expended charges after a long rest.
- Casting Healing Word using this feature does not activate a d10 roll as described above.

I really like this feat! I'm going to see if my DM will allow me to use it with the homebrew Cleric Luck Domain at https://www.dndbeyond.com/subclasses/39827-luck-domain and the gamblers luck cantrip at https://www.dndbeyond.com/spells/107051-gamblers-luck.
My GM brought up 2 very good points regarding the Healing Word portion of the feat:
1) As written, does not state that the target of the spell must be the unconscious creature. Possible exploits include knocking down an opponent, then using them to trigger the 'free' healing on an ally that is still up.
2) Timing; would I use this as a reaction to keep an ally standing? Do I need to use the bonus action normally associated with the spell on my own initiative? When and how do I get to use it?
Additionally, would using this feature invoke an attack of opportunity if I'm in melee at the time? Do I need to know Healing Word first, or does this feat teach me the spell or grant it as a supernatural ability?
