On the character sheet, under the "Actions" tab if you scroll down far enough you should see all three listed with a few details and the ability to adjust their HP. select the one you want to have active.
The will pop up the side panel giving full details on the cannon. At the top there will be a "Customize" option, select this.
This will pop open a menu with several options: click the box that says "display as an attack" so that it has a check mark in it. This will cause it to be displayed as an attack.
To remove any you don't wish displayed as a bonus action, click either the bonus action version of it or the hit point manager version of it, and then go to the customization menu and de-select "display as an attack"
I was about to ask the same thing haha. I'm sure there's plenty to do and work on, but it does seem like this would have been fixed by now. It allllmost works correctly.
I added it to my attack list and customized the attack bonus and damage bonus so the information was accurate. It would be ideal if DND beyond just added the force ballista to the Bonus Attack area for ease of use. I mean, that is why we use DND beyond, so it makes the calculations for us...

You get one use for free each long rest and if you want to change or resummon you need to spend a spell slot. Hence the checkbox. (This depends on level. Goes up to 2 uses per long rest at some stage. Lvl 14?)

I believe they were asking about the multiple uses attached to each Eldritch Cannon type, not to the Create Eldritch Cannon action. Those per-type uses are meant to represent the Hit Points of the cannon, but unfortunately that is only clear when you look at the Action snippet, not in the section Features & Traits.

The character sheet defaults to Flamethrower, has anyone found how to change it to one of the others?
having the same issue and can't figure out how to fix it.

Wonderful thanks
Please note that if you display as attack, the data shown is incorrect! This is why we didn't configure that turret to show as an attack.
All of the information you need is in the snippet (the text) of the action on the sheet.

okay but what if only one is there?
Why is one shown and not the other?
This seems very fixable and has been almost a year...

In the Feat sections, why does the Eldrtich cannon come with a number of usages??

The third turret doesn't work. that's about it.
