I was creating a homebrew 1st-level spell that can deal six possible types of damage, enabling the caster to choose from one of the six types. So when I was creating the "Higher Levels" function, I was making a higher level scale for each damage type to increase the damage for each slot level above 2nd but it would only let me make 20 higher level scales. Any support?
Devious serpent folk devoid of compassion, yuan-ti manipulate other creatures by arousing their doubts, evoking their fears, and elevating and crushing their hopes. From remote temples in jungles, swamps, and deserts, the yuan-ti plot to supplant and dominate all other races and to make themselves gods.
Um, why do you need more that twenty Higher Levels for a spell that does one of six types of damage, scaling at regular intervals? It's not an X-level spell that scales every level, starting at X+2, is it?

What I am trying to do is create a copy of chromatic orb but I have to make each damage type increase for each spell level.

If it scales at regular intervals, set the scaling type to Spell Scale, have one Higher Level for each damage type, and set the interval. Copy absorb elements if you still can't figure it out.
