For the last couple of weeks, I have noticed that the Encounter Builder won't let me access content that I own. First it was content from the Explorer's Guide to Wildemount, and now it's the Mythic Odyssey of Theros. I get a message in the stat block that helpfully says that I can access that content when I purchase the book. The only problem is that I've purchased the book, and I can access it from the Sources tab. Is there any way to fix this?
Yeah, I've been getting the same with Eberron: Rising from the Last War. It affects the Maps as well as the Encounter Builder. I can add a Living Lightning Bolt Monster (construct) from the book, but not the Living Burning Hands, or Living Cloudkill, which all sit side by side in the book.
The Maps have the token icon greyed out with the text "This monster token isn't in the DM's content library" when you hover over with the mouse.
The Encounter Builder reads "There's more to this monster! To see and search this monster's full stats, unlock the Living Cloudkill by purchasing Eberron: Rising from the Last War on D&D Beyond or purchasing this monster individually." And the stat block is pixelated an illegible.
I have tried on both Mac and iPad, Hove logged out of my account and back in. Have checked the sharing options for the campaign. And triple checked that I have actually purchased the book (both physically and digitally in Dndbeyond.
This either is an account issue, or an issue with the setup of those monsters on the system, and which books they are tied to.
This is a widely reported issues, and unfortunately there has been next to no resolution, beyond some vague "Yes, we're aware of the issue." Some folks have reported that submitting a ticket will help get it resolved, and that's what I've tried (ID:RotFM has two creatures that come with it that I cannot access in Maps or Encounter Builder), but still early in the process (submitted ticket just two days ago 4/7/24).
Although, what even is the point of a bug reporting forum if the only bugs that are resolved are via tickets only? Surely WoTC can afford 1 guy to look at the many posts about the same subject and have him submit tickets/resolve the issue on his own yea...?

I am pretty sure they knew for quite a while. The developers do read the forums. This bug took a lot longer to resolve than most.

As a software developer, it's possible that they've had people (read:product manager types) setting priorities for the developers, and too frequently, bugs aren't prioritized, because bugs don't generally make more money, new features do. Maybe it finally got to the point that enough people were submitting tickets that it pushed the priority up high enough because of the time spent dealing with tickets costs them money, too, and if there's too many tickets, they have to hire more people. This is all just guesswork obviously, but fits with what I see frequently in my job.

+1 to this, specifically for Theros content while in the encounter creator.

FYI, see my post on this other thread. I got this resolved for me with an actual ticket to WotC support.
