Our party's hill dwarf druid just reached level 10, and this now appears on her character sheet:
The resistance to poison damage comes from her being a hill dwarf; the immunity to poison damage comes from her level 10 druid feature, Nature's Ward.
If a PC has immunity to a form of damage, that should override and suppress the resistance line, shouldn't it?

I can see the logic behind that, but also I have seen circumstances in a game where immunities are temporarily removed.
