Same issue here - when other people in my campaign are attempting to add my custom items to their character sheets in my campaign, it's causing this problem. They can see them but upon attempting to add them they get this error. I've created a number of other items previously and people have done the same and no problem, but now any of my new items have this problem. If I publish them to the community (with no changes), and the user adds it to their account and then adds the item, then they can do so without the API Bad Request error.

Hi there,
can you let us know what you were doing when this error occurred?
It's likely to be due to homebrew with some missing values.

I was seeing it on this until it was published.

Is this still an issue? There was a bug yesterday that should be fixed as of now.
same with me
Same, can't add feats, spells or items.
