I'm trying to create homebrew statblocks for some NPCs I made for ToA and I'm unable to add the Chultan language. It appears that there's no ability to add languages that aren't already on the list at all. Or am I missing something?
Are you using the character builder or the monster homebrew editor? I know custom languages can be added to the character sheet, but not sure if it’s possible in the homebrew monster editor.
I've spent some more time fiddling around the forum for useable answers and found that I could add custom languages in the Character Sheet (a bit cumbersome when it could be directly integrated in the Builder instead). Likewise I've just made a test-monster with a custom language. So it's possible, if you look long enough and don't mind the labor.
I just hope they will implement the feature of custom languages so that the players can choose them directly in the Builder. As of now I've made a common background for all characters of the homebrew universe with all the languages listed in the form of a note. That's not optimal. *sad face*

Seemingly it isn't a feature as of yet. I have the same problem with a 'total conversion' homebrew universe.
