I could have sworn there was a higher subscription tier, but it seems Master, with 3 campaigns having content sharing, is the maximum. Am I just missing something?
I think you can join another campaign where someone else has enabled content sharing, thus allowing you to share your content in more than 3 campaigns. Although I have not tested this myself.
Its unfortunate that there are not higher tiers. I am a DM for 3 regular campaigns and am trying to find a way to add a fourth. Most of my players are new, younger, or making ends meet so buying $300 worth of books isn't easy to do. I would happily pay for a more expensive subscription in order to add another campaign i can share content with.
Yeah I rarely (as in never) have 13 players at my campaign. Usually 5-7. So if we had 8 players but 5 campaigns (difference of one player) that would be amazing! And honestly? Half my campaigns are the same people different DM.
-if one of your (regular) players is willing, they can get a Master Tier subscription, and then they can be the one to turn on content sharing. They don’t have to purchase any “books;” with content sharing, all the content anyone in the campaign “owns” is shared.
-you coud create a second account (perhaps for your NPCs), purchase a Master Tier for it (but no content) and add a character from it to some of your campaigns, then use that account to turn on content sharing. As far as I know, that’s not a violation of the Terms of Use, but if I’m wrong, mods, please remove this suggestion.

First off, 40-36=4 not 1.
Second, a (very, very) few people already complain that 12 people isn't enough, reducing it to 8 would probably upset quite a few more.
And last, if you have 2 campaigns with 6 or fewer players, combine them. That is what I do.
13*3 is 39 not 36, i was under the impression 13 players in a campaign. I actually use the notes in the campaign for the campaign, info for players (when last we left the party storyline) as well as baseline info. And i use the DM notes specific for campaign info. So combining is doable...but not ideal.

It is 12. 13 if you count the DM, but I don't think you were.
A lot of people (myself included) like the idea of being able to turn content sharing on for specific people rather than specific campaigns. Though obviously that has different logistics to it that would then need to be evaluated.

Nope, thats totally where my brain got 13, that makes a lot of sense. Actually @ArwensDaughter was spot on, i was for some reason under the impression that the person with the content was the one that had to be sharing. as long as the content sharing is turned on it totally works. I also always suggest to my players they should get their own content so they can build characters outside of the campaign...but money is always tight. I also always send the groups the codes when they drop to help with that.
Thanks to all responses!!!!

Nope. 3 campaigns.
You can disable it and enable sharing on a different one, or a different person in the group can get a sub.

Hang in there; The campaign vs player slots allowed is frequently reviewed and has the potential for alteration. :D

A couple of options for you in the meantime:
-if one of your (regular) players is willing, they can get a Master Tier subscription, and then they can be the one to turn on content sharing. They don’t have to purchase any “books;” with content sharing, all the content anyone in the campaign “owns” is shared.
