Monastic Training. You gain a +1 bonus to AC while you aren’t wearing medium or heavy armor and aren’t using a shield. All githzerai receive basic training from monks, and the monks among them are unmatched in their defensive abilities.
I've added the Modifier as such:
Bonus, Armor Class ... 1
And then in details I added the text about conditions, but that won't affect anything.
Is there a way to have a racial usage thing that can be on or off and based on conditions the player can manually toggle it?

You can set an unarmoured AC calculation (so that they are granted AC if they aren't wearing armour) but there isn't currently a way to grant bonus AC based upon the type of armour being worn.
Just a thought, something that would handle edge cases like this one is allowing us to create “toggles” for modifiers. That way when conditions are met for any random thing (it’s the third Tuesday in April) we just turn it on in the sheet and it applies the modifier for us.
