This is a strange one but, due to the fact that I moved jobs, my salary date is different now and I've been having major issues with getting my d&d sub to go off on a day I want it to go off. One simple way this could be fixed is to give us the option to manually resubscribe to a "past due" subscription on the day that we want the sub to go off. Because now i'm sitting with a past due sub that I can neither update or cancel. It just sits there waiting for D&DBeyond to decide when it wants to update the sub and give me my content back.
What happened to me last month (the first month of my new salary date), was I had to subscribe to a new subscription because mine was past due and i needed to access my material and the only option the website gives is a new subscription. Then when the website decided it was time to claim my sub fees for the old sub, i was sitting with 2 subs. I got the refund but this is too much work for a simple sub update. The "update the sub" option isn't foreign. The exact same thing obviously happened to me for all my other subs like Roll20 when my salary date chnged and I could easily just, with a click of a button, update the sub and it would set that as the new fee deduction date for the sub.
Please. My sub date is still wrong and i dont want to go through the hoops of a new sub, double deduction and a refund for something that should take one click. At least let me cancel the past due sub and subscribe to a new plan if the update option is too outlandish
