So I switched my email recently because my old o e was in a data breach and I'm trying to get everything sent to my new email. For the life of me I cant figure out how to get dndbeyond to send its emails to the new one and stop sending to the old. Any help would be lovely.
DDB does have an email address field - it defaults to the email address of the original linked account. If you change that linked account it however does not update. Currently you'll need to raise a support ticket requesting the email address to be updated (and then it will reflect correctly on the Email preferences page).

Oh. Why wouldn't that be a field in account settings then? Doesn't make much sense to hide our own contact info from us...

It's only been a recent update where the email preferences are sync'd to the account page (rather than being a seperate system - still more tweaks to come).
Alright... I can't find where to submit a ticket. Is it a separate place or somewhere on the forums? I'm pretty unfamiliar with the site, could I ask for a link?

Must be very recent. The help portal dated 3 days ago says to change your password via twitch and makes no mention of opening a ticket.

I think they changed how it used to work, but if you go to the bottom of the page and click contact us you can send an email from there. Pretty sure clicking contact use used to open a ticket form, but I can't find that anymore.

The Help Portal FAQs have a bug where they show as updated - that article has not been updated in over 2 years. It is on my list of things to create/update.

There is a link to raising a Support ticket in my signature.

It should be using the same email as your twitch account. So change your twitch account email.
I have a similar problem with my google account, even though my linked email address is my new one, I still am getting my emails on the old account.
DDB doesn't save any emails. Check the email addresses of all linked accounts.

Hi there, found another page saying to open a support ticket also, so I did and the problem was resolved, but thank you for helping.
