Rune Knight 3 is really good for barbarians. The extra size will probably come in very handy when fighting the Kraken. You can't go higher than level 20 but if you do go all they way to 20 it might actually be better to stay barbarian. they have one of the best capstone features.
Well I'm currently still level 5, since the level 6 abilities from totem warrior don't really benefit combat, that's why I made this threat so I could get some opinions on what I should put my sixth level in. But yeah I think lvl 6 druid is as far as I'll go. So right now I think 6 levels of Moon druid, (maybe) 2-3 levels of fighter (probably battlemaster for the maneuvers or champion for greater crit chance) and the rest 18-19/16-17 levels (total) of barbarian.

Go druid at 6 then. You already have the extra attack from barb 5, and you can live without the 6 path feature. Actually most of the totem path features are meh except level 3 bear.
Then the question is, should I go for a level 20 druid with 5 levels of barbarian?
Tough call. They both have excellent features at higher levels. You've got time though and can make that call once you've played a druid for a few levels.
45 Speed; ~240HP (with standard array of points Str13, Dex15, Con14, Int8, Wis12, Cha10); +10 con saves for concentration spells with advantage; AC: 19 + 6AC as a reaction (Defensive Dualist) or +5AC shield spell as a reaction (not raging)
Totem Bear Barbarian with speed boost and 2 attacks/rd
Arcane Trickster: Rogue sneak attack (4d6) every round with barbarian wreckless attack feature (finesse weapons), Evasion, Uncanny Dodge (for off-setting crit hits); Misty Step Spell and Invisibility; Expertise in Sneaking and Perception
War Cleric: Healing spells, "Warding Bond 2nd level spell" on any squishy character in your team. Its 1hr and not a concentration spell, so works with rage; Cast Silence on your spell casting target and lock them in place with sentinel feat (just cant use rage (concentration spell) with this but can wear plate armor and shield); +10 to hit with Channel Divinity: Guided Strike
Eldritch Knight: Fighter for Action Surge, Shield Spell, Weapon Bond to summon your throwing weapons (for those pesky people that fly around) and a second weapon, even if silenced. Blind Fighting style to have 10ft Blindsight or any other fighting style you want. (I like Unarmed Fighting: 1d8 dmg if both hands are unarmed; 1d6dmg if just one handed; As good as monks.) Great for bare knuckle pit fighting

That I am sorry to say is a terrible character. You went 13 STR and 17 DEX and want to use Reckless Attack? Are you trying to cripple yourself on purpose? You take all these multiclass levels that provide spell slots to pair with a Barbarian that cannot cast nor concentrate on spells while Raging when other subclasses without the spell slots will most likely synergize better with the Barbarian levels. If you are dead set on those subclasses for Fighter and Rogue then I would suggest dropping Cleric for Paladin so you can actually use those spell slots to Divine Smite with.
Also I don't even know where to begin with taking 3 feats when you do not even have a primary attack stat maxed at 20....
Of course if this character is meant to be a joke then I retract this post as it did give me a good chuckle when I first read it.
if you're going to 20, IMO, moving to Druid now (with 5 Barb) and taking Druid the whole way would make you immensely powerful as a frontliner. At 20 you can Wildshape without limit and as a bonus action because Moon. Rage, then start changing into the better forms. Half all damage in the form from Rage, then when you get knocked out of form...next turn, resume form and continue. You can cast all spells not requiring a cost component while in form now, so heal yourself in a round if you want or need. It would make an extremely difficult character to kill and with many of your spells readily at hand, a major contributor to any aspect of the fights, from support, healing, debuffing, all told, Druids can do a lot at top tier,

Yeah I agree, especially the 6th level path of totem warrior features aren't great.

If you take 5 levels of barbarian you can only get 15 levels of druid.
Actually I can as I stated before, the DM told us we'll be reaching level 25 before facing the Kraken, which is why multiclassing was adviced.

Very true
