hello i would like some advice i'm currently playing a half-orc barb with stat : 16/14/16/8/12/8 and path of the berserker and i'm currently the only frontline of my party and the tank so i'm wondering about my lvl 4 choice do i take 2 point to con or some feat and which one
I'd suggest Polearm Master or Great Weapon Master, if you don't like polearms. The best defense is to make your opponents dead. Reckless Attack means you can afford to wait until level 8 before increasing Strength. Your accuracy is already well above average.
This question could be asked for any class. It all comes down to how you feel and your stats and if there is a feat that you think will get you farther then a stat boost.
A 2 point boost to Dex will give 1AC and help with ability checks... The same boost to Str will boost damage.
As far as feats go... It would depend on your fighting style and what you think may help you. Alert give +5 to initiative and you can't be surprised. Charger lets you close the distance... Great Weapon Master... Lucky... Mage slayer... There are many options.
It all depends on what you want to do with this character and what you think will come in handy.

Alert is a good feat, but it is not as helpful for barbarians who get Feral Instinct at level 7.
Feats come at a premium for Barbarians since they only get 5 ASIs, and since they are under considerable pressure to try to cap both Strength for offense, and Constitution for toughness by level 20. Most players will want to pick up no more than one or two key feats, depending on their party role. Variant humans can get one more than everyone else.
The best picks IMHO are:
Polearm Master and/or Great Weapon Master to greatly increase your damage potential. The extra damage from GWM, in particular, synergizes extremely well with Reckless Attack.
Sentinel and Shield Master to increase your tanking potential. Sentinel is better than Shield Master, in my opinion, especially if combined with Polearm Master.
Resilient (Wisdom) if you find yourself falling prey to lots mind control effects, which Barbarians are particularly vulnerable to.
Because they can get advantage at will from Reckless Attack, Barbarians are under less pressure than other classes to cap out their Strength as quickly as possible. As a result, I always recommend that you pick up a role-defining feat at level 4 (e.g. Polearm Master, Great Weapon Master, Sentinel), cap your Strength to 20 by level 12, and then cap your Constitution to 20 by level 19, possibly squeezing in one additional feat at level 16 or 19 if you can afford it. If you are a variant human or if you are not using point-buy and rolled quite well for stats, you will have more leeway.

I'd suggest taking the Sentinel feat to help you tank better.
