From a balance perspective is this optional rule over powered to give for players?
When you transform using wildshape a timer starts during which you can transform up to three times until each usage ends. So technically the druid can transform 6 times before a long rest though the timer is still going off regardless if the druid used it or not.
Request: (again optional) Could any of you give me the names all water, fire, earth and wind spells? (spells that has those as part of random effects ie: Chromatic orb don't count)

Born under the watch of something from the furthest corners of the far realms.... It knows all.... it sees all... and it asks: "What is it that you want to see?"... and my answer is... ALL"
Yes, that's overpowered - and Wild Shape comes back on a short rest, not just a long. Moon Druids don't need any help, but your mechanic is still more powerful than setting number of Wild Shapes to scale with proficiency bonus and setting duration to scale in the opposite direction (so e.g. at 5 shapes, each would have duration Druid Level / 5). If you want to give your Moon Druids this kind of love, I recommend scaling, not giving them all 6 out the gate. Depending on how much love you want to give them, you could also change rounding duration down to not rounding at all - since the duration's already measured in hours, there's no mathematical need to round, ever. 600 rounds in an hour means you can divide it by 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 without any fractions. But that's still an incredibly powerful buff that will drastically increase how many hit points the druid can functionally have.

Just a couple off the top of my head
Water: Shape water, create or destroy water, wall of water, ice knife (if you count that)
Earth: Mold earth, earth tremor, Maximilian’s earthen grasp, earth bind
Fire: Fire bolt, control flames, create bonfire, scorching ray, burning hands, fireball (many others, Fire has a lot of spells)
Air: Gust, gust of wind, warding wind, levitate (maybe?), fly (maybe?)
I’m sure there’s more, that’s just what I thought of
What am I supposed to do with a signature?
