Besides the Precision Atack Maneuver, how can a Human Variant using Sharpshooter reliably get advantage or somehow offset the -5 to hit penalty? I´m afraid SS will shine in lower AC targets but be really frustrating later on against high AC ones. Builds like Hexbow (Darkness+Devil´s Sight) or elven races (farie fire + elven accuracy) tend to do the trick, but how can a Vhuman "cheese" the penalty without having to rely on another player?
No multiclassing here, just from a pure Battle Master Fighter standpoint.

You don't. Especially not as a single-classed Battle Master. You're not meant to have advantage all the time; that's the Barbarian's shtick, and it's a double-edged sword for them.
If you invest in Crossbow Expert too you can make use of Trip Attack to knock opponents prone and then get advantage by shooting them from 5 feet away, but they're going to stand up next turn if you don't have help. And if you do have help you might as well just rely on a friend's Faerie Fire or Web or something.
It's a lot easier if you were building a melee character because then you could just go for a grappling/shoving build.
Take up Magic Initiate, Get the 'Find Familiar' Spell, abuse the familiars 'Help' Mechanic, but that really is powergaming or enforcing a mechanic unrealistically and I doubt many DM's would allow it. I wouldn't unless you could make it feasible that the Familiar can actually cause a distraction etc. that would be viable RP-wise. Otherwise it is nigh impossible for a pure Battlemaster to always enforce advantage whilst ranged,

That works great until it takes a single arrow or fireball and then it's dead.

Hide first? You'd only get advantage on your first shot though.
